Posted in the Comrades group yesterday. Can't link because it's a closed group but here is the picture posted. It was posted by Peter so it's legit. According to the email response I got back, this is going to be a team-based competition. All entrants must submit a 2-3 minute video submission by next Friday.

Damn, throwing together an entry video is hard enough having months... But a week with barely any mention? Damn. Good luck to everyone who plans on entering

I hate the advertisement picture. I don't know why. I don't know what it is about me and those things.

What's even worse is that they don't really have specific rules or details for entry yet. They mention in the email that it is a team competition but weren't really clear about whether or not your teammates have to be from the same school as you, or whether you can pick your team at all. I did forget to mention though that they changed the age requirement to just 18 and up instead of the 18-20 like last time.

Well....Since I've had recent activity on the forum no one wanted to see....I will not be posting anything, as I am hoping to continue decreasing my amount of spam I caused....
....Any way, I sent an e-mail back, after receiving a reply....I'm hoping something will eventually come to a clearer view of things of this event....
....I will be editing my profile soon....I will get back here to notify if I received qnything.
....Catch everyone later.

What is WITH this again?
Out of nowhere, not pushed on the regular social media, a ridiculously short deadline, and a graphic that looks unprofessional. Looks like a scam, but I need to trust that you guys know what you are talking about.
We won't even have our next episode out before the deadline. Crazy.

It's legit. I got a call from casting earlier this week asking if I could apply and get some friends from my school to apply. My bet is that they can't get it together again and end up scrapping it for another time, just my opinion.

My guess is they won't accept community college students. If they do, then my opinion is they should put community college students on the same team instead of doing it for each separate school like they did during ANW's Two and Three's Boot Camp, except a competition. I'll stop posting, now. I will do something to make up for a recent post I had, later..... ....I promise I will soon.... ........

I would contact them if you have questions, they are pretty responsive.

Yeah I called them just now actually. They originally only wanted specific schools but there wasn't enough interest. So now its open for all college students (even students that JUST graduated). The thing is, they are planning teams of 3. So you need to somehow get two other people interested enough to make a video and get it all submitted in 5 days. I've been trying to recruit people from my school but they're all too scared LOL.

Probably a long shot, but I emailed to ask if Canadian colleges would be accepted. I'll let you know what they say (probably no, lol), but from the sounds of how low interest they seem to have got, it might be possible.

Quick reply, answer was we don't know, we'll tell you when we figure it out. So yeah, it looks like organization is a problem. Also teams "should" (their wording) be from the same college and be co-ed, so I don't know if "should" means they have to or you would just have a better chance of being chosen.
