Did anyone else have a glitch on Esquire during the championship relay and had the image jump from the salmon ladder straight to the top of the tower? I can't believe that I was so looking forward to seeing these two powerhouses race each other, and then the image simply completely skips the most important part of the entire season!! Or was that just me? No that wasn't a glitch. They actually just sped up their pace through the globe grasp and the first part of the rope.

Overall this college edition was ok but not great
With a whole new load of competitors we don't know, there wasn't really any investment and with them all wearing generic outfits it all became a bit of a blur, it's not like the course was that exciting.
I guess the idea was to find a few new stars. The MIT guy with glasses was impressive and deserves a run on ANW proper and Taylor Armann deserves a run just because of her hotness (and she's quite good).

I marathoned this twice, and I don't really remember anything besides the finale. Was really rooting for MIT (after TCU was gone). The members were very consistent, and they kept breaking course records! And that one dude wore glasses! ...with straps! Awfully convenient for Wisconsin to have an ANW veteran on the team. If not for him, I thought the championship would be MIT vs UCLA. Amelia from MIT may have trouble on the main course because of her height, but she's an inch taller than Kacy. Taylor from Wisconsin is tall but needs to work on upper body / climbing. Also, Taylor from Wisconsin looks like Camilla Luddington ( Lara Croft in the latest Tomb Raider games). Also also, Emma from TCU was on TCU for BattleFrog College Championship 2016. Conveniently, that run was the latest video posted on the BattleFrog YouTube channel (before they deleted everything).

The College Madness Ninjas are doing pretty well so far this year in the regular Ninja Warrior. Two more Will Smithee and Kaiti Haymaker made it to the city Finals. They join Charlie Andrews who completed the course in LA last week. Can't wait to see how Doug Legs does next week.
