Well the promo for this is up on Youtube, here you go: So yeah it's the same course. 21 times in a row. Unless these five were included in the 16 episode total? I'm confused!

can someone make sure that the hour-long "previews" for this new season is actually the first episode?

I don't know how to feel about the show... it's a reminder of the reality of moneymaking television... sure as hell is a slap in the face to people that don't go to a Div 1 college like Tim Dexter or me...

Same format as last year's TNW...the course is fine but Georgia won because of Legg (can't remember first name) and only Legg. The other two on his team weren't very good but because they have one good athlete they go through to the relay over TCU. Now Houston putting Mathis on leg 2 instead of leg 3 was a fatal error, but still, the best TEAM definitely didn't go through.

Also note they made the course easier than TNW for the college kids. So all the obstacles were scaled down.

Haven't seen it yet since I don't have cable but since they didn't change the rules of the show.. it's probably going to cause much consternation. Shame.

More poles in the pole maze? Etc

Yeah, well even with less floating tiles that obstacle looks way easier than last year's dancing stones.

Yeah the obstacles were much easier. Still incredibly entertaining, not sure why so many people have issues with TNW. A fun little spinoff, that still keeps the comraderie at the heart of the sport.

It's not as much people having a problem with Team Ninja Warrior, hell season 1 was more popular than regular ANW around these parts, people have a problem with the college edition that wasn't about actual adult but underage ANW hopefuls getting something to play on but rather just a college rivalry cash-in instead, where a majority of people picked are picked because of their school rather than their actual passion for the competition

The reason I'm pissed is that seriously, with this format if you have one powerhouse and two goons you'll probably win the episode. Dont get me wrong Legg was sweet but the other two weren't all that good. Overall was Houston the better team? Yes. They should've put Nathis at the end, plain and simple. With that said though, it was very entertaining, and pretty exciting regardless. The course could be made a lot harder and provide more fails but it's understandable why they dumbed it down from TNW last year.

Houston was robbed ;/. Sorry, but the blonde girl in the Georgie team, she was pretty slow and did fail early before. It is how Team Ninja Warrior works, but dang I wish "the kid" got to move on.

Haven't seen it yet. Cord cutter here and no one has come up with copies so it'll be a while.. though I'm already hearing about people's thoughts on the feeling of someone clearing the wall..
