Also, Adam LaPlante will be there (He's from Indiana). I'll go on record and say all his other Team Momenta teammates will be there.

I'll be there. I'll be the one dressed as Captain Obvious. Will you really be there?

It's going to be a shame if Matt Laessig doesn't get an invite.

I'll be there, and my costume will be bright red and purple, so I'll be easy to pick out of a crowd. Walk up and introduce yourself!

Now for the real question:
Will G4 use the same course?

Now for the real question: Will G4 use the same course? Nope. I heard it would change from place to place

Sorry for this, but what's a walk-on law?

If you saw the part about the walk-on law you would have seen this if they have enough they are bound by law to accept them. Which is exactly what it sounds like, if there are enough walk-ons they're required to accept them.

Actually the law is a little different (iirc remember I was told this without reading the legislation). California has a law (most likely because it's the hub of the entertainment industry) that requires an open set to allow walk ons.. even .. one.. something about denying possible wages and the fact that television is making money off non-waged people in reality shows (read: Volunteers) and fairness to people who didn't have otherwise the opportunity to enter. So if it's a closed set they can do wtf they want but because it's an open set they have to allow at least one walk on to be "fair". Only California has it irrc.

Ah, thanks for clearing that up, your other post made it seem like it was something different.

Apparently Matt Laessig didn't get a spot, he's trying for a walk-on. Hope he gets it.

The Midwest Region course in pictures (credit to a one Robert Lindsay for taking the pics and our very own Ninja Chris for posting to Facebook, hope you guys don't mind me sharing): Granted, you could call it either Rope Junction or Tarzan Ropes. Depends on what G4 will call it.

Woaaah SL + Lamp Grasper cool! I second this! ;D Personally, I find the ANW preliminaries' Salmon Ladder + (insert Stage 3 obstacle) combos as really neat. It makes me wonder if they'll have something like the Rumbling Dice after the Salmon Ladder for the Southeast qualifier since this one and the L.A. one respectively have the Lamp Grasper and the Arm Rings.
