I put *spoiler* just to be sure, since this technically is the 25 forum, which doesn't mean that someone's seen 24. Anyway...
Just wondering which, if any, Sasuke 24 obstacles you guys think will be seen in 25 since there's been Total Victory. This could be untouched or tweaked obstacles.

I'm betting we'll see some form of the cliff-hanger, warped wall, and some kind of trampoline obstacle in stage 1.

Despite how un-failed it is I'm expecting to see the Unstable Bridge by the same logic as the Metal Spin in 18..
I expect some kind of spider walk somewhere in the course..

Yeah, I was thinking some form of cliffhanger, trampoline obstacle, spider walk, wall, and salmon ladder. Maybe even the wall lift but thrown into stage 1 or something.

I think the warped wall needs to be put away with already...

The end of Stage 2 has always been about how fast can you lift items that get heavier, for that reasoning, Wall Lifting will stay. Warped Wall will likely be at its highest, maybe even for a harder Great Wall.

img5.imageshack.us/img5/9080/pipejump.jpgThis should replace the Jumping Spider. I call it the Pipe Jump. IMO, it would actually be harder than the Jump Hang and even the Jumping Spider because you can only land successfully in one place (you could land in multiple places on both the Jump Hang and the Jumping Spider, while on the Pipe Jump, you can only get on to it at a single spot). Also, I'm pretty sure that the Pipe Slider part of it would be more difficult than the net climbing part of the Jump Hang or even the spider walking part of the Jumping Spider. And just so you know, I'm not sure as to whether or not there should be a jump to the platform at the end of the Pipe Jump since it's already difficult/time-consuming enough.

I think the obstacle they'll most likely keep is the unstable bridge, cause that obstacle is still fairly new and deserves more than just 2 tournaments.

I think we'll only see a few new obstacles along with tweaks to the old ones. (Mix of Sasuke 5 and 13?)

Would simply just rearranging the ledges on Cliff Hanger make it any harder, say like make the first part go on a decline, and then reach back up to an incline, and jump to a higher incline?

Maybe they could do something like this with the Cliff-Hanger, but make the last gap a bit bigger.
Old video, yeah, but I still think it's pretty sweet.

I'dlike to see a few obstacles make a return like the Curtain Cling and Body Prop, but a complete renewal is more likely. The Warped Wall's time is at an end and I wonder if the CH will be modified even further (maybe like 12-17 but with 4 ledges not 3 or shin CH with 2 jumps or st)?? Maybe even a Viking-style course without the silly math Qs would be OK that final was brutal!

Btw.. that video was taken the same day as the Yuuji, Kanno, Koji, Kawaguchi, etc. fluff piece that aired during Navi He even cracked his head open but put a towel on it so he wouldn't miss the taping.. Yeah not sure who's back yard is this one. It's not Matsuda's Monster Park .. that's in the city. It's either Moody's (doubtful as well) or one of the other STQ'ers who's name escapes me.. Arashida is the garage one.. hard to remember who's is this one but this particular back yard has been used several times and has been featured in Ryo's blog. Matsuda's Monster Park has a brand new Cliffhanger he's been taking on. I think it's a week old and he's been posting pics up in his board. Seems Yamamoto (Keitaro #5) has been kicking his butt on it Yuuji seems happy he finally got the fire under Matsuda to start training again. So hopefully come Sasuke 25 all 5 will battle it out again to get on the show.. er.. 4 since we know Yuuji has a good shot at making it back (cough no spoilers cough) because of his previous performances and of course leader of the "New Stars".

Spider-Walk has been around from the beginning sasuke 1. I will be shocked if they took it out. I assume another version of it will be there. Many people want to see the W.Wall go. Well, IMHO i believe it is the ONLY test of lower body strength LEFT in Sasuke - 1st to 3rd stage, correct me if i am wrong. Did i left out anything else? X-Bridge? If m9 take it out & do not replace it with something tougher, NOBODY will bother to train their lower body strength anymore. Akiyama, Yamada & many others will probably beat stage 1 easily. At least 1 maybe even more trampoline obstacles will be there. For some reason, M9 loves trampolines. Cliff Hanger version 5 ( whatever ) - if it isn't, UNCLI will freak out! Where else can they show off their insane fingers grip strength to the world? Personally, i would like to see Body Prop ( newer version ) but that may not happen.

oh man, the body prop was awesome too. I loved it, and it also took out a bunch of though competitors AT LEAST once. The Kosugi brothers, Yamamoto, Takeda, Shiratori, Akiyama, Iketani, Asaoka, for example.
I don't remember who, but someone here said something about a twisted Warped Wall: that's likely, to me. And, awee, I agreeso much about what you said about testing lower body strength. Well, there's the Jyunidantobi too and the HPA, but there's nothing else.
