So I don't want this to be sappy and long winded, and I debated on whether to make one of these at all. Now that Sasuke 30 is past and ANW6 is wrapping up it's probably time I say this. Essentially I am making an effort to greatly reduce the time I spend on the internet. That means I will not visit a lot of the sites/forums that I currently go to. My youtube subscriptions went from roughly 100 down to 20. Even the sites I will still go to I hope to sort of step away from, and that includes SMF. Let's be honest though, even though I have the 3rd highest post count - I havn't really been all that active. Even if I read a lot of the discussions I havn't really been participating or posting much in the last year. I sort of have this OCD thing where I have to read every single new post and it wasted a lot of time. That's why I made a thread about the mark all forums option, because with that I can sort of circumvent that. Now it doesn't mean I'll be gone completely, I'll still come by and there are still some sections I like to post in (general talk). I just wanted to let you guys know because I've gotten close to a few of you over the years and I didn't want to just completely disappear without saying anything like some members in the past have. This isn't goodbye, just a general explanation of why I havn't been posting a lot and how that will continue or even become less. The main reason for this is that I am becoming increasingly busy in life and there are things I really need/want to do. For example, on July 17th I am leaving to Hong Kong to teach English for 2 weeks. This is just a small step on my journey and I hope more opportunities like this arise for me. I also need to focus on school in general and getting my bachelors. Since highschool I have been lazy and it's shown in my ANW performances. I'd like to get back into shape, in fact I'd like to be even better than I was before. Along with all of that, I have always yearned to learn the piano. Finally, I do plan to teach around the world in other countries and the first on my hit list is Japan. I should probably make a strong effort to learn Japanese in the coming years. So anyway that's what I've been up to. I love Sasuke and I love this community, that much hasn't and will never change. Oh and if anyone wants to keep closer contact with me, you can add me on facebook (can't step away from facebook). I already have some of you on there. www.facebook.com/JordanCowart123

Stage 1:
- Long Jump is cake, as I did that in Track.
- Log Grip I have already completed in competition before (ANW4)
- Hedgehog seems easy if you know the technique, that is to wait for the wide gap and keep going left.
- Jump Hang Kai: I have completed this obstacle in competition before (ANW5)
- Warped Wall 1 and 2: I can do this obstacle, I have strong legs and I'm very tall and have done replicas before.
- Final Rope: Easy
Time limit: Probably the most intimidating part of stage 1, but I have a lot of endurance as a runner.
Stage 2:
Basically I would fail the salmon ladder. I do have experience on it, but it's really hard to overcome the mental aspect of this obstacle.

Summer season is a bunch of second seasons for shows that I love.
Hamatora, Free, Space Dandy, and of course Haikyuu, jojos, and HXH are still ongoing.

Does this forum have a "mark all forums read" option or feature? Or is there a way to make it so I can't tell which threads have been posted in? It may sound a bit weird, but I'm kind of ocd and need to click on every thread that has a new post in it regardless on if I actually read it or not. Is there an option to get rid of that entirely, or get rid of them all at once?

For all your "look how far Final Fantasy has fallen" needs, I highly recommend The Spoony Experiment. Final Fantasy X is my favorite review. Been watching his stuff for years. Started after playing ff8 and wondered if anyone else thought it was as bad as I did, and stumbled across his review which sums up basically everything I have to say about it.

Hell, even Enix by itself made some pretty good game. Even when the merger first happened SE put out some good games, but the decisions they've made in the last 7 years or so... like moving their HQ.
I remember back in the day I was wishing with every fiber in my being for an ff7 remake (like everyone else). Now I don't even want it. Current SE would do a god awful job, and probably ruin the franchise for me more than they already have. Crisis core is decent even though it sort of rewrites a few things of the original game, but Advent Children.... While a fun action flick, it really does a large disservice to the story and characters of the original. Don't even get me started on Dirge of Cerberus.

Square Enix... man has that company really fallen from grace. Havn't liked one of their games in sooooooo long. I said it years ago that FF versus 13 (now FF15) was the last chance I would give them. Havn't played any of the 13's since the first, and woooow that game is bad.

Considering how much money they made off of the Wii and are currently making with the 3DS, Nintendo is fiiiiine. They arn't having too many financial troubles and they can easily turn things around. Consider how terrible the 3ds sales were at first and look at them now.

Neither of the Iketani bros, no Daisuke Nakata, no Sato, no Okuyama, none of the "joke" competitors (tako, aoki, hang glider, chorisu), no Koji, no Rie Komiya, no Yamada (for some reason?) and only 2 of the UNCL.
Also pipe dreams were that they would get Kane, Daisuke Miyazaki, and Yamada Koji.
And I thought Washimi was supposed to be in 30? What happened to him? Also why would Kouji decline...

I forger, to be honest. I was just making a joke about console FPS So anyways, Adam Sessler & Kevin Pereira are going to be panelists during Spike TV's E3 coverage. Oh the cruel irony. G4 always did try to imitate spike tv... Anyway, as already stated it's nice seeing Sessler there. Honestly Pereira too - he hasn't been really in the gaming scene since he left G4. Nice to see them together again as well.

If anyone on stage says 30 fps instead of 60 fps I will shank them. Inexcusable for the new consoles to be running that poorly.
I'm a little hyped for Smash bros - but the hype train is not NEARLY as strong as it was for Brawl. Like not even closeeeeeee. I don't mean me either, just in general. Of course people are excited since it's smash, but man waiting for those weekly brawl dojo updates made the internet roar with excitement.

I assume you mean the most recent series. In that case, the show needs to be dubbed first before it can get on Toonami. To be honest, both are fantastic adaptions - though I prefer the 2011 edition.

Thanks to cruchyroll's new manga service, I was able to read all of the "lost" space brothers volumes, so I instantly had about 100 new chapters to read. Now I'm caught up completely with Japan, and the point I'm in goes past where the anime ends. This series is so great - definitely knocking something out of my top 10 to make room.

About the americans - The rumor was that Mike Bernardo and Brian K competed as well. Would make sense since they were both at Sasuke Asean Cup and America did really well. I also saw a picture on FB of Mike in Japan that he just posted. Could've been there to watch.

For the record I'm not really huge into sailor moon. I did watch it as a kid, and I'll check out the new anime - but I'm not super hyped for or anything.

I am probably the only person in the world to NOT like Sailor Moon. However, I'm happy it's out. Not just because everyone in Japan who has their hands on it was messing around danging the carrot, but because so many fans wanted to see it legally. I like how they are doing the whole thing uncut. For those who wanted to see the original thing remastered and on Bluray must be having kittens right now. You also weren't a kid in the 90's when it aired on Toonami.

There are rumors of other Americans competing besides Drew. Just something I saw on FB, far from a reliable place.
