Nagano has been number 100 in most of his Sasuke attempts. Even when he failed Stage 1 in 19, he retained his spot. Considering there was a Final Stage attempt in 22, however, do you think he'll retain his spot as number 100?
I think he'll keep 100, but I wish Yuuji would get that honor.

I think he'll still be 100, Yuuji will probably be 99. I mean Nagano won, Yuuji didn't (came damn close though)

Nagano is the current champion and deserves the number 100. If Yuuji competes in 23, he'll be number 98 or 99.

I gave up after seeing how they dropped Takeda from 98 in 21 to 92 for some unknown reason so basically it's a toss up.

Was there a reason why Nagano got bumped (ironically) to 99 in 17 for Yamada? I think Nagano stays at 100, Yuuji gets a high 90s, Kanno a low 90s or mid 80s. If Yuuji repeats what he did, then all bets are off. He still doesn't have the name-value to get 100 but if he does it again and the All-Stars don't hold up their end of things, you'll see lot more number shuffling.
Oh, and I think if he comes back, Monster 9 will bump Levi down to the 80s.

I was thinking as 22 was going on that they just shuffled the numbers up and dealt them.

The problem with having a lot of good competitors with lower numbers leaves unexperienced competitors with numbers like 95 and 97 who don't get past the first obstacle.

They want celebrities to have high numbers. I can see where they are coming from but I dont think it's the best way to go.

Remember, though, Nagano beat a hard Final Stage.
This guy lost to an easy one.

Doesn't Nagano kinda dislike having 100, due to all the pressure? I'm sure he wouldn't mind being lower, but the producers forced him to be 100 ever since he won. Maybe they'll be a bit more lenient now that someone has finally made the final stage... I was thinking that maybe they made Miyazaki 99 so that he could get the maximum possible rest (from all the handball), and perhaps Takeda doesn't want to be 99 because he wants to break Nagano's back before his run. I say Sato 99 in Sasuke 23 (hasn't he been 99 before?)
