The main reason behind Takeda's fast Stage 2 times was because he absolutely blitzed the Wall Lifting every time. Seriously, I've never seen anyone just throw the walls completely over their head with the amount of force he did; even guys like Kong who were much bigger than him sort of half ducked under them.
As for how he'd do on the Tsuna Nobori, we've never actually seen him climb a rope in competition (not counting Stage 1's Rope Climb as you can use your legs on that), but it's fair to say he'd probably have been the strongest on the obstacle due to his profession basically being centred around it. I reckon as long as he cleared the Spider Climb within 15 seconds he would've probably had a real shot at Kanzenseiha.
I also think his chances would've been way stronger in 23-24 given that firefighters also have to climb ladders as part of their careers so he'd have a massive edge on both the Heavenly Ladder and Rope Climb in the Shin-Sasuke Final, which makes his two near misses in those tournaments all the more disappointing. Mind you, he absolutely sucks at swinging obstacles, so who knows, he could've very well failed the Gliding Ring even if he'd cleared the Spider Flip.

I mean while yeah Takeda does suck at swinging obstacles, I'd argue gliding ring is near unfailable if you don't underswing as only 3 people failed, and only one failed the dismount. I would also add that I do see Takeda clearing the 23-24 final stage as the final stage was more up his alley.

Both him AND Koji Yamada really sucked at swinging obstacles. IDK if it's a firefighter thing, but still.
