I've never looked up any pictures of him, I've just seen him on Sasuke so maybe that clouded my image of him? I dunno. I just never thought he was that buff.
Either way, I didn't mean appearance or muscle mass, I meant Sasuke performance wise. As he if I were on the show my run would be similair.

Eh, I guess I'm kinda like Yuuji, but Yuuji is far more toned and I believe I'm faster.

I'm not sure this formula works, b/c with someone like Nagano who is like 5'3 and weighs 145 due to his amount of muscle, his BMI comes out to be like 25.5 which is considered overweight. Put that into the formula 1.20(25.5)+0.23(38)-10.8 and you get 28.54. And Im Oh so sure Nagano has 28.54% body fat.

He's not as buff as Akiyama either. Yuuji is a good match. I know what you meant, Badalight, but when you compared your bodies and his failure on the Devil's Steps, it didn't make sense. Nice edit. Nagano weighs 145 lbs? I thought it was like 130 lbs. If that's true, then yes, he IS overweight. But, BMI isn't a great thing to go by because over/underweight doesn't necessarily mean unhealthy. The formula works pretty well, but it's only a rough estimate. And, obviously, if someone has a lot of muscle (thus weight), it gets thrown off.

He's 62 Kg so approximately 136. He is not overweight by any stretch of the imagination and his body fat % is not in the 20's..

Yeah but Yuuji makes the CH look like a play-toy. I'm still not sure if I could do the SCH yet.

*face palm* I don't know how to explain to you any more clearly that build and skill are largely independent of each other. We're talking about what your body looks like, not how you would do.
5' 3", 136 lbs is in the heavier area of the "healthy" section on the BMI chart. According to that, he's somewhat close to being overweight. HOWEVER, if you had read my last post, you would have seen where I said that overweight does NOT mean unhealthy.
Look at body builders for example. I'm sure the formula doesn't work for them because of their excessive weight. Same for Nagano.
Anyway, it still looks like he has a high body fat percentage. I blame his muscle.

I don't know much about health but weight seems to be a bad number to go by.
I'm 6'1'' and 179 pounds. Wii Fit puts me at the very high end of "normal" but I'm not "fat" by any means (I have a small amount of visible belly fat but nothing major at all).
I have huge legs from my dancing and that's where the extra weight comes in.

If you want a more accurate estimate with Body Fat Percentage I think you should go here... www.linear-software.com/online.htmlThere's Multiple ways to calculate it, with all of them being way more accurate than the formula posted a few pages ago.

I like that one more, because it said I was only 12.5% body fat. haha. Granted, I did rough estimates on the tape measurement methods for my neck, but it does seem more reliable. Especially since my cousin got his body fat percentage measured similar to that as well by a professional.

Well when i did the original method, I got like 14% i was like, no that can't be right. So i google body fat calculaters, looked for a reliable one, and that one came up.
This one gave me 11.81% body fat, which sounds way more accurate to me.
