As you can read from the descriptions.. Sidewinder R Kai is modified to include a huge change.. now they drop 60 cm (about 24 inches or 2 feet). Apologies if im being stupid but drop as in the physical pillar drops down (like ANW's 3rd stage Pole Grasper) or there just 60cm lower (which in my mind would make it slightly easier?)

Wow that's a lot of nods to ANW so far. Which is strange coming from someone who hates it. But kudos to him for incorporating the ideas in. He still hates the same concepts I do (like how NBC handled the champion thing - he doesn't believe in the vs. person thing especially at the end) among other thing tied to the NBC production, however he's still a builder at heart and likes innovation. He relies on others really to come up with ideas and he likes putting them together to make them into reality. He's also mentioned that he met with ATS in Europe (those who follow him on Twitter remember that trip being tweeted earlier this year) and they spoke about obstacles in great detail. It's no wonder the tick tock ended up on both as I'm sure that was part of the conversation. Given ATS' development on obstacles it was a natural fit. The obstacles themselves have never really been a problem other than sizing issues between both countries so I see why he would gravitate towards obstacles he collaborated with ATS on. I see it as a positive without getting into the internal politics of how NBC produces their show. Oh and before anyone asks, I'm not allowed to elaborate on any theories derived from the photos (like explanations or clarifications) just like last year. He wants the surprise to be revealed by TBS. I have to abide by that. I do say though seeing them tested was exciting. I was aaaaaaaaall the way at the end of the course with the family members towards the last obstacle. So I didn't get to see them up close. These photos are cool to me since I haven't seen the obstacles in great detail until he posted them. Edit: He seems to have elaborated on it. Hopefully this helps.

Oh man. I love the flying bar. Probably my favorite of all time.
So we have that first?
1. Flying Bar 2. Drum Hopper Kai 3. Sidewinder Kai 4. Some crazy cliffhanger/vertical limit chimera 5. Pole slider

Let's try and make this easier for people. Spoilered due to size. Also, since we're directly seeing Inui's tweets. For every obstacle he's introduced, he's given this specific phrase: "第'x'エリア" 'x' is the number of the obstacle. That's how you know how it is ordered. For the Quad Steps and Drum Hopper Kai, they're are listed as the first area or 第1エリア. The Flying Bar is 第2エリア, the Sidewinder-R Kai is 第3エリア 1. Drum Hopper Kai 2. Flying Bar 3. Sidewinder-R Kai

I'm disappointed that even in Sasuke 32, the epic, tense, 4 jump Flying Bar ending to third stage will not be seen.
Also, are we sure the last obstacle is the Pipe Slider?

As well as the pendulum obstacle back in stage 1.

I made a thread on the ninja warrior subreddit listing all of the obstacles: https://www.reddit.com/r/ninjawarrior/comments/4nk4q7/sasuke_32_obstacles_spoilers/

I know I'm late to this and call me a cynic, but I really don't like the majority of these obstacles. Either someone fired H&S and got a new one or they've just gotten sick of being barked at. This course is just wrong in so many ways.

No one's ever going to be happy with anything anyone does honestly. Heck.. the opinions on all of these threads oppose each other so while others are happy others will be angry and everything in between. I'm just happy they got a damn tournament at all. Given all the jerking around of the schedule, the budget and even the invites.. I'm just happy they managed to get it done.

My opinions on this course are mixed to positive. I love the new obstacles we have in stage 1, and the returning conveyer belt. But still, when Inui said "five new areas" I was kind of hoping for more original obstacles, as even the two "new" ones we have are heavily reminiscent of ANW obstacles, and the other two are brought back from past tournaments. I still like the course overall though, just a bit let down by the overall lack of new in the new generation. By and large, 31 had more new obstacles than the renewal.

I don't know whether I'm just inherently more positive about the show or if I've just obtained old man 'your expectations have spoiled you for reality' syndrome. By some standards, Sasuke 5 would be disappointing because you only had 4 new obstacles (really, 3 because one didn't even last long). I know it's fun to have all these wacky obstacle ideas but those pesky things called money and network support that TBS is showing little of to the show you don't have to deal with. From the sounds of things, people are going to complain about Vegas' course as well because some mainstays seem to still be around. Context of the show's status is important, Sasuke has always tinkered with the course, some tournaments larger than others and have even reverted back to certain things for their reasons (like 26's First Stage retcon). New has never always meant 'brand new' in the show. And not everything original has always been kept.
