To be honest I think the regular Sextuple Steps into the Rolling Hill would have been quite harder than the Quad Steps into the Rolling Hill. Except for the fact that they have something like ANW style steps, and I'm honestly expecting some people to 2 step it

Word of advice, DON'T 2-step ANW style steps, you can 1 step, 3 step, cat grab and 1-side but that's probably banned in Sasuke, but NEVER 2-step them, trust me

No you can cat grab it. That's within the rules.

To be honest I think the regular Sextuple Steps into the Rolling Hill would have been quite harder than the Quad Steps into the Rolling Hill. The regular Sasuke steps don't have the unfamiliarity that the ANW large steps do, as evident by the numerous of people in their sneak peek Stage 1 videos who one step them and fail miserably. Of the few who have gotten past the first two obstacles, only one of them one-stepped them. And the normal steps are awkward to cat grab even for someone as small as Kuramochi.

That's within the rules. I was referring to one-siding it, seems like the thing TBS's Health and Safety would ban

Ah okay I thought you meant if you could grab it and yes you can however you are correct, you can't one side the steps. One stepping has a completely different connotation to me.

One Stepping and One Siding are two different things, one stepping is just only doing one step on each step like the old dantobi obstacles but some people do when beasting ANW steps, one-siding is what we just established is illegal. I think I'm getting too in depth with step technique terminology I'm confusing everyone lol

You know I wonder if I should go to Shingo's gym again and ask him about the obstacles and such in terms of what he thinks of them. Maybe I should even go there on Sunday to see if anyone else surprisingly shows up before the broadcast. XD

The top photo was tweeted out by Shoko Tokoyo who is this year's main sideline announcer. Interestingly, she's not a full time TBS announcer although she's a SASUKE/Kinniku Banzuke/Sportsman/Sports Danshi vet.
