All I can say is that I hope they show other competitors besides the Americans on the finally. No chance. They did the same for ANW1 and ANW2 and despite people's complaints of separating the Americans from the rest of the competition, they don't listen.

If we're lucky we might see the Ebay qualifier, assuming that person does good enough that would be the only person else we'd see run in ANW3, and I doubt that

I know this is A. Old news, and B. not really relevant, but I'm not really sure whether to make a topic for it, so here goes: a certain someone with alliterative initials in the top 15 mentioned "American Ninja Warrior 4" in a throw away line during an update on Facebook.
If an American Ninja Warrior 4 were to happen, would NBC be picking it up again, or was this a one time thing? Also, I would love for it to happen and see Oti make it to the semi-finals at least.

I would assume it will be based on the ratings, but Comcast owns G4 and NBC, so really they decide.

So it seems more and more likely that it was an American whitewash.

So it seems more and more likely that it was an American whitewash. Please don't say that its a worrying thought for the show ratings wise in Japan. If thats the case!

So it seems more and more likely that it was an American whitewash. uhhh what evidence is here that can support that? What Matt said? so what? he could've just meant ONE american beat the UCH. What James said? That could've meant we've got some incredible japanese runs.

My guess: There was an absurd amount of 1st stage clears from America, like 7 or more. The team that went this year is much stronger than the team that went last year. That much is apparent from watching bootcamp.

Everyone at bootcamp this year seems to be much better then last years bootcamp, and there is no one there that I think just coasted in which happened with a few people last year. So they will probably do very good in Japan this year.

Featured some vids of stratus and apparently his youtube page exploded with views. Anyone know what this is? I havn't even bothered to google translate it.

It's the same article saying HUGE ratings in the USA for ANW and zomg it's going to be on terrestrial television and zomg they have huge ratings for it in the USA. Same G4 press release from a few months ago going through Japanese media again. It's literally in 100 places by now.

Well, if it makes TBS/M9 happy even if it's not really true, I guess that's fine...
Though, they could easily like... use their energy to promote it in Japan.

I wish they spent more time doing that but we know where their focus is now sadly If things continue how they are right now (as in, nothing changes) I personally would be fine with it, as long as Sasuke stays alive, whatever they have to do to achieve that. Just as long as it stays Sasuke.
