Is anyone else getting pretty sick of seeing that Half pipe there? First of all, it's not taking out competitors anymore and the rope is lower than it was before.
Second, but wait Venus! Don't you like it because it was an obstacle introduced in 19? Sure of course, but there're no flames and there must be as many people failing it as before.
Well, besides that, we can see the Log grip is still on the course too.

Log Grip, Jumping Spider, HPA, Wall and steps leading down to the Slider Jump. Looks the same until we get a shot of the first two.
Cheers Ube.

Very nice Ube. Honestly, it makes sense that this part of the course is the same.

lol, I'm going to be annoyed if they removed the Steps but kept the Circle Hammer. Not sure what the hell that thing is. Could be some kind of, um... duodecuple step. Also, is that Terukazu Ishikawa standing on the platform right after it? EDIT: Rotated it to save time.

It looks like a lot of MM members are there. Along with Ishikawa, I see Kawahara and Takahashi (ballet guy).

Damn nice job scnoi.. sniff.. I'm so proud.... is verklempt..
Hmm.. soooooooo 13 steps now?? I'm counting 6 poles on one side.. so that's 12 total.. with the jump being the 13th? Poor Aoki.. LMFAO
I guess they reverted to a jungle theme for this one then?
Oh and it seems the MM kids are from the Japan tour.. since I don't see any from the Vegas group.

I hope that's not them. Not very fair if they get to see and run the course before everyone else.

Doesn't everyone get to see the course early? That G4 host already posted about it.

I hope that's not them. Not very fair if they get to see and run the course before everyone else. My thoughts exactly. Not sure what's going on there. Though the person in the starting line doesn't seem to be MM. ANW people were there today as well it seems. Doesn't everyone get to see the course early? That G4 host already posted about it. Actually no. Only people tied to the producers/TV station. Most won't see it until tomorrow morning after they register.

That looks like it could be painful to fall on.

The group is probably a mix of MM people, the testers and the builders.

I hope that new obstacle isn't a knock off of the Steps. Still, it'll be good to see something relatively new.

Maybe it's not like the Sextuple Steps. Maybe some of those logs rotate on an axle or something and it's more of a timing-based obstacle than an agility one.

Wow that would kill the early competition even worse! ahahahahah that's just evil Though I don't see how those logs would rotate from the angle of this picture. Good idea though.. LOL Poor Aoki.. he's going down hard this time.

Looks like a mix of the Cross Bridge and that floating bridge thing (The huge logs) from the old Kunoichi second stages. Maybe it's not like the Sextuple Steps. Maybe some of those logs rotate on an axle or something and it's more of a timing-based obstacle than an agility one. You mean like those breakaway plank things from Wipeout?
