Not a lot of 14 ~ 27. Then again Inui hates that era so... XD What's wrong with him??

The show. I hope not, but I'm afraid so.

I've enjoyed this season for what it is but am still missing the pre-2020 days of different regions with certain competitors/obstacles and fans being there.
After two years without this, what do you expect next season will be like? Not sure if it's already been confirmed or not, but I'm almost certain we'll get at least another season... hopefully more!

Thank you! Yeah, this is more just "The stuff they don't show you" on the course - Cane Lane breaking, Drew Drechsel initially being DQed in Orlando Finals, etc. Wait what In Indianapolis Finals, the Tower of Power (forget which to be honest) was attempting Cane Lane and the first pole completely snapped when he was in the middle of it. It was about 45 minutes of them trying to repair the obstacle and make their quick fix as similar to the original as possible. Then they gave him a redo on the fixed track and he cleared it, but the track was quite obviously screwed-up so that the cane kept sliding back towards the middle. Luckily, he was the second-to-last runner (Isaac being the last), so it didn't matter too much and he moved on anyway. But definitely not fair to him. In Orlando Finals 2015 Drew was DQed initially for his Double Helix dismount as they believed he touched the water at first (you can even see the course is red in one of the shots they used on the real show), but he protested and they let him continue as they realized he wasn't eliminated. -- While I agree that it probably wouldn't be an issue to make this sort of thing, I'm now starting to question if it's a good idea - especially under my name. I don't want them to be upset with me for seeming like I'm picking out flaws or something. Plus, I should probably be 100% sure on the legality before making it. Well, it's an idea I'll save for the time being. Although I did reveal two of my bigger "stories" already anyway lol. Thank you all for your response!

I would think it’s fine. Especially since the taping has already aired. Just use your judgment if you feel like it’s something someone wouldn’t want shown of themselves(like private or embarrassing). Also I believe that is true after 2 years on the contract. Thank you! Yeah, this is more just "The stuff they don't show you" on the course - Cane Lane breaking, Drew Drechsel initially being DQed in Orlando Finals, etc.

Hi everyone,
This isn't going to be a very in-depth topic as it's just a simple question, but I thought asking in this section had a better chance of getting a response, and it is related to ANW after all.
I've been to a few ANW tapings at this point, and I'd like to do a behind-the-scenes rundown of things that happened but didn't make it on-screen (possibly on YouTube). For some reason, I remember reading years ago that the NDAs expire two years after they've been signed. Does anyone know if this is true? And if it is true, does that mean I'm allowed to openly discuss my experience?
I don't want to do anything sleazy and if the answer is no, I simply won't do it, but I wanted to ask as it's already been two years since I went to Cinci.

Season is almost coming to a close. But so far it's been very good! Aren't there still five more episodes? Also, it seems to be taking a week off next week again as I only saw reruns in the schedules. Overall I'm enjoying it - slightly fewer holes than last season and they don't always shuffle them around the best, but still pretty good.

Maybe not though as next week is off. Off for two weeks it seems. TV is weird. Ugh, well at least the season will go on a bit longer!

Hi y'all, this video's really long, but for whatever reason I decided to make a review of each stage of the season, starting with the Qualifiers. I filmed each one individually this time so things were a bit fresher in my memory, though there's still some dead time. I included a table of contents for reference in the description if people want to skip through in any particular way.
Here goes:

Was allowing the top three women (rather than top two) to move on to Vegas something we knew was going to be different this year? It took me by surprise when I saw yesterday's results. Yeah, it used to be only two.

Excited for a very different course! Hope I'm not being overly optimistic in saying that.

It's viewed as more and more normal that it isn't that newsworthy. That, and Barclay probably isn't last on anyone's list of "ninjas most likely to come out." Really? I guess my radar needs updating. Anyway, I don't really care either way. Just like any other relationship between others, I simply have no interest!

Yes, but they didn't used to repeat anything between courses back when they had different regions. Sure, it may save money but it appears to me as lazy. I care more about each episode of season 13 having unique obstacles than the number of all-new obstacles added. I miss their season 11 (and prior) philosophy. Hopefully next year is different regions again anyway! Youre not taking into account that the entire qualify course is in the same location and they're still having to do covid restrictions when this was planned / recorded. Anyways, new obstacles tonight were good! No, I do realize that. I'm not sure whose call it was (possibly the network's), but I think deciding to film them all in one place was the wrong idea. This is one of those cases where Covid (which is no real threat at this point in time) is being used as an "excuse" of sorts to put in less effort. If I was in charge they'd still be travelling this year. Agreed on the obstacles! Interesting to see another sort of themed one, in a similar vein to the Coconut Climb.

Incredibly disappointed in their insistence on repeating everything. Poor quality that they're still using that this year. We got a whole new obstacle in the 4th slot. And technically the 2nd & 3rd is new, just repeated for this season now twice. And likely the 5th obstacle is new too. I'd say we might even be too spoiled after ep one of pretty much an entire set of new obstacles. Yes, but they didn't used to repeat anything between courses back when they had different regions. Sure, it may save money but it appears to me as lazy. I care more about each episode of season 13 having unique obstacles than the number of all-new obstacles added. I don't mind that we had repeating obstacles the course is a good hard course. They are in the same city each week so they can ajust the course based on how the contestants faired the week prior. Current stats Week 1- 5/84 5.92% clear rate Week 2 6/83 7.22% clear rate Personally while seeing new obstacles is always fun I don't see the need for them to change up the course that is wiping out the field. As for the results, Teens dominating again, all but 1 has qualified across 2 episodes so far. Viva La Revolution! Well, some people watch the show very much for the obstacles. In addition, they used to always change them and the only reason they aren't is because they're in the same place. Sure it saves some money, but it's another of those changes for the worse we're seeing.

I'm disappointed they're still capitalizing on having the same region by repeating obstacles. Really don't get this. Especially considering the fact that they had an entire season's worth of obstacles ready to go for season 11. They could've easily used those across Season 12 and 13. Agreed. I understand the logistical benefits, but that doesn't mean it should be done. Plus I pettily hate all things (big and small!) that have changed as a result of Covid so I automatically don't like this🙄 And yes, we're already down on new obstacles from last year. While it was good that essentially everything was new last week, it would've served both episodes better to distribute that wealth.
