If he had gone when he was supposed to, the heat would definitely have been a problem.

Right, which is why he went after Nagano had already gone (despite Shiratori being #94). When it was his turn, he was being tended to backstage.
But back to the present day, I really hope Shiratori makes it for 23, but who knows what's left in him now...?

As someone who was part of an organization that practiced in the summer outdoors, all you need is one bad day for heat stroke or sun poisoning or whatever to hit. Just because Shiratori got hit then doesn't mean he's automatically aggravated by any hot weather. (I'm also willing to bet that he wasn't the only one in the nurse's tent that day.)

No from the video they showed that day everyone was suffering badly. Similar to how it is in the Northeast coast USA during the summer.. the humidity was actually aggravating the situation. Even Nagano who loves the heat had a hard time himself.

Nope. They never release any details about it. We find out when lostinube gets the schedule of Japanese television broadcasts in late August, or you see the commercials while testing out TVAnts... and unpurposedly give away the results haha.

They haven't determined the taping day it's certain they have not determined the air date. Both go hand in hand. I would assume in the next couple weeks though we will start hearing something. Remember most of the time we don't hear jack until early August. We are still in July

usually the air date is about 2 and a half weeks from the filming date.... sooo if you get the filming date just think about that

But we're pretty sure the filming date of 23 is going to be around September?

The Mid-August date is a loose one that was placed on the Muscle Park site (but not on the M9 site) for application submissions but even then everyone knows it's not a strong date since at the time they put it they weren't even sure of the date of the competition. The on you should be worried about is G4's and as of now there is no date for that. I'm not sure if they are going to do a preliminary cut from the original videos or not. Best to check with G4 directly if you can to find a date. Until then - finish that video

Back on topic: I definately am most interested in checking with G4 on the due date, it's just kinda hard without internet :/

P.S. M9 still doesn't have Sasuke Trials ironed out. I suspect that they are still working on the details and will give last minute notice like they do to the regulars.

M9 never stops not surprising us...
i think they are one of the most unorganized companies today.

At least they don't publish crap like G4 does in the exact situation

And if they hadn't published anything they'd be criticised for not giving enough notice.

Hey I always b**** about not enough notice from M9 but they have their own system over there and it always has been like that. Considering the sheer amount of people that they allow in Sasuke Trials by comparison I don't fault them that much. G4's system changes by the day and each ANC is a different set of rules. If you KNEW that they were going to do something around a certain time and just waited for when to travel (since the ones in Japan do not get paid to get on Trials.. they have to travel on their own) then it's just a matter of "okay it's such and such weekend".
