Actually G4's subtitling is one of the reason I do this subtitle thing. I'm sick of watching heavily edited version of G4, with wrong translation. This is what I wanted, original broadcast, with just a simple translation below. But, no, they put all their stuffs in, editing almost everything *even screwing the order of the runs*.
And beside, it actually help myself too, I also can finally know what the hell is being talked about exactly. I maybe learn Japanese, but I'm not fluent in it, so, these subtitles will help me out.

For the first time I saw Takeda crying like that. What did he actually said during the interview?

A farewell run from the star of the show, that eventually made SASUKE All-Stars created by TBS. Many people will rank this high in their Most Emotional Runs in SASUKE list.

The run that will forever describe this guy career. Before it, he was probably the top three best competitors in SASUKE. After this run *and with the coming of other strong competitors like Takeda and Nagano*, he never seen as the most serious threat. All because of that accident. Yes, you know who I'm talking about.

It was defo his shoulder that screwed him over.
He was only 26-27 at the time he started to decline so it wasn’t an age problem, and his Stage 1 and 2 performances were even stronger than they were before.
It was his Stage 3 performances that really took a hit, so it must’ve been all down to his shoulder.
I wonder how he would’ve done if he’d made it to Stage 3 in Sasuke 25 or 30 (those two tournaments because both times he would’ve made it had it not been for silly mistakes). I think in 30 he would’ve made it to the CCH, unless he re-injured his shoulder on the Iron Paddler. That obstacle looks deadly on the shoulder and triceps. In 25 he probably would’ve failed the Floating Boards as that’s where he failed on an identical course in USA vs The World.

This guy literally risk himself falling to the death by training Cliffhanger on the edge of the bridge to prepare for this tournament. He came to prove everyone that his Kanzenseiha in his previous appearance wasn't a fluke. Then, Jump Hang happened. Who would have known that it will start a streak of five consecutive First Stage failures?

Even in the darkest time, light will find a way to shine through. This is exactly what happen to Akiyama. After three consecutive failures on Jump Hang, giving the worst performance while wearing #100, five consecutive First Stage failures, and one painful knee surgery, Akiyama's 3.5 years wait of a First Stage clear is finally over.

This is not an emotional run, I know. But, as I stated in the beginning of the thread, I subtitling important moments/runs. And for me, this is important, because, with this failure, TBS switch their focus to creating All-Stars.

Back to emotional moments, I guess. Gonna be spamming on Yamada's emotional moments for the next few days, so, for Yamada's haters, brace yourselves 😅.

I want to know what the announcer is saying, especially 12 with the second and third attempt.

Yeah, sure, putting the SASUKE 9 on the list. However, I had no footage for the second and third runs of Yamada's Glove Case, so I can't do it.

Also, just to let everyone know here, I do subtitles after translating Mandarin subtitles given by JET/Golden Sun/Videoland Japan. So for tournaments that the JET/Golden Sun/Videoland Japan footages weren't found *like SASUKE 3 and 12's Second Stage, for example*, I can't give you subtitles *unless if some Japanese here or those that was fluent in Japanese (if you're either Japanese/fluent in Japanese, please tell me in Personal Message!) can give me the translation, then I will happily put in the translation*. So, please no request for Yamada's run in SASUKE 3/16, for example. I can't 😂.

And, here we are. I swear this is the hardest video I ever made. No, not because there is no subtitle/the footage was not available/my application broke. It just that our little friend called Copyrights.

Definitely not the last from Yamada's emotional moments, but I'm taking a rest for a while. Exam in my university coming this week and I'm not sure if I had time to give subtitles.

Passed the exams with flying colours means only one thing: Little break time! And it will be used properly, I hope 😁.

I guess this moment really impacted him. Really sad that Sasuke 7-9 and 11-12 were basically mental errors. And the one time he did overcome his mind, he also tragically failed pipe slider. Well, luckily that moment is translated, too.

I can't work out whether the translated commentary which helps me to understand more about Yamada's devotion, makes me feel worse for his unlucky failures, or worse for his family who he shunned for a game show.

Not in my list, but since there is a comment on my YouTube that suggest this *and to avoid repeating Yamada's footages, too*, I put subtitles to this moment.
