So for season 12 (which I am assuming he participated in), will it be like a Johann Offner (the guy who died after AuNW 1 taped) situation, where he’s cut out of the program entirely and a message is shown at the end of the episode?

Considering the level of this crime, they might just completely ignore him.. I'm not NBC though lol

No way is there going to be any sort of message. NBC will want to wash their hands of this. I would expect the IG post from ANW Nation is the extent to which they're going to talk about this. (also all three there's used with proper grammar wow go me).

I'm curious how they are going to edit the broadcast when it comes out. {Spoiler} Given that the format for the upcoming season is going to be a team format, it's going to be very hard for them to completely ignore Drew because 1) His team is likely to finish high on the leaderboard if not win the whole thing 2) They may end up cutting his entire team from the broadcast as well. If the producers are lucky, Drew's team may not finish high on the leaderboard so they may just show their results without airing their run. Regardless, its going to require some editing.

This is such a shame. I even talked with him about his gyms and past work at the Wolfpack Tour in May 2017 This pretty much ruined a lot of my favorite runs. He legit hijacked Daniel Gil's interview in ANW 8... Wasn't that Thomas Stillings? When Gil failed the Cliffhanger in Stage 3, Kristine starts interviewing him only to have Drew butt in.

I heard about this yesterday but it still hurts. I'm shocked and appalled by all of this. I honestly looked up to him and didn't think of him as anything else but a little arrogant, It hurts to know that sick people like this exist in our everyday lives, I just hope it doesn't cause a chain reaction of sorts.

- I returned from the dead to say one thing. That guy was mean to me the first time I competed in Ninja Warrior. I was literally behind him next in line for Season 3 in LA. Casting was taking their obscene amount of time and we were all impatience and anxious. Drew starts yelling "What the hell is taking so long. None of these people around me ain't going to win anyway. Let's go already!" and that was my first impression of Drew Dreshel. Jeez that's awful...

I remember Drew's interview on that episode though.

I'm guessing here but if Drew Drechsel is found to be guilty, I'll say that NBC will probably go further than that, pull a Vince McMahon (Where Vince erased all mentions of Chris Benoit after the double murder-homicide from WWE programing) and erase Drew from all of ANW History.

I do wonder how they'll address that someone got another Total Victory. Will they say only Isaac won? Would they acknowledge Geoff as one of the winners

1.He's been charged, but has it been proven yet? Why does NBC "sever all ties" before a court ruling? What if the judge will rule not guilty? How does it work in the US? 2.The alleged victim made a complaint to police in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, last year, when she was 19, saying she and Drechsel had multiple sexual encounters when she was 15 to 17 years old [...] They continued speaking with each other until June 2019 - Wow, it's awfully convenient to do it after he won the million...
3.I feel sorry for his wife. He has a child with her and then she must learn that he cheated on her all this time...

It's uttey shocking how such a highly respected member of the ninja community was a wolf In sheep's clothing. Its amazing what goes on once the cameras are switched off. Drew is a hero to a lot of people across the globe through anw and sasuke. Here in the UK we have ninja warrior tournemnts up to am Sure 34 so wonder if they will now be edited to remove him from the program all together like when Jim North had to redo ninja warrior 2 through to 20 due to the previous narrator was jailed for simulator reasons. Wonder what tbs and sasuke will do going forward. Are they going to just delete him?

ANW contracts are clear that anything that can be remotely negative to the image of the show and or the network is punishable. All entertainment contracts have a morality clause. They have done it before several times but never to this scale obviously. And more importantly he admitted to owning the phone and sleeping with her when she turned 15. That alone is a felony. The ownership and his admittance to holding a server (with photos of her and others without anyone's knowledge) is enough to break the morality clause. He's an icon to children and the show was a vehicle for him to have access to children. 2. Don't EVER victim shame. THIS is why most don't report it when they are kids. You have no idea why 3 days after he won and months before it was aired she was taken to the police to file charges. This was quick by all standards. How many in media waited YEARS even DECADES to say something out of statue of limitations. She's not even legal to drink in the USA and she's scarred for life. How dare you.
