Thanks. Just read the post on Reddit. Off topic question. I can remember when you were doing a blog review/analysis of the USA vs the World event on ANW that Joe went on to the blog after you criticized him and you had a heated argument. www.ramblingrican.com/2014/10/usa-vs-world-nbc-anw6-special-part-3.htmlAre you on better terms with him now or still frosty? If it's off-topic enough to say it's off-topic, it shouldn't be in this thread. When it comes to personal discussions about someone else, I'd advise against doing that on these forums in general. I've added a warning to your account.

I’ve been retired for years now. I don’t talk to anyone in ANW. Stop trying to derail the thread with personal drama. My apologies sorry.

What happened to him did he get convicted out of interest? Procedures postponed to February Where did you hear February if you don't mind me asking? Joe said the rumor is January but nothing is confirmed as of right now On other words, there was an update posted on his case on December 6th. It wasn't exactly a filing as there was no new document uploaded, but instead it said: Dec 6, 2023 - Set/Reset Hearings

There were other ninjas that confirmed Drew had blueprints to the course and was sharing it to other people. He's had the blueprints since season 9. I know people are going to deny it and say it's completely "bs" but there are credible sources to prove it. On a sidenote, a new 90 day extension was dropped today. It lasts up till July 7th Haven't posted here in a long time nor have I been involved in ANW for the last three years so I'll just shoot on the whole situation from my 5+ years of investigating and conversations with competitors on the show. The top competitors have been and will always be given priority by the producers. Going back to 2014 they've been given help. Jonathan Sharp Brown is the one who blew the whistle on blueprints with screenshots from an old FaceBook gc of City Finalists and Vegas Finalists trading pictures and models of obstacles that would be on their courses. This was so that they could try rebuilding the obstacles at their ninja gyms ahead of the taping or if the obstacle was given to their region. This is what got JSB suspended in ANW 10. The fifth obstacle of Miami was leaked before it was even built and competitors were practicing it already, production caught wind and moved the obstacle to Indy. Why did they move it? Because the people practicing it weren't the ones they wanted to succeed. NBC doesn't care if ninjas know the obstacles in advance as long as it's a competitor they like. But how could this even happen? Here's how;The people who create the obstacles have ninjas who aren't competing in the main show test the obstacles in a warehouse before anything is built on soil. This is where the testers leak the obstacles to their friends competing and obstacles are built privately before the season tapings begin. These leaks can be videos of the obstacles function, pictures, sketches or even blue prints of the estimated specs. Also, in Vegas competitors can have test runs on certain obstacles like the Double Dipper and Deja Vu so they're familiar with it. The season where Drew won they had retaped Stage 3 due to it being too difficult and issued re-runs to those who failed. Sorry for exposing the business but I tuned out once they let 15 year olds compete with adults lol.

Oh this topic can be it's own thread tbh. If possible, please keep this thread free of anything other than Drew's legal saga. We are at 21 pages and counting.
Just reiterating the confusion on the rescheduled date. January or February? Do we have an actual date or just rumors from people who were present/privy from Drew's side? I don't care either way just trying to get a grasp on when the final hearing on this Federal indictment will end and if another one will begin elsewhere.

On the courtlistener site, it just "Set/Reset Hearings" On Dec 6th, 2023. However, when I logged into PACER the last filing actually states the new sentencing date which is on January 24th at 11 AM.

I'm really out of the loop; why has it been delayed this time?

It's been a little more than 3 1/2 years now since this whole fiasco first started, again I feel like the longer it goes, more and more people will tend to forget about Drew altogether. There's no doubt it will still stink up the place mentioning his name once they finally bring his name back into the limelight for any reason, but I do think that a lot of people have moved on from caring about him at this point.
I still hope swift justice comes out of this in every way, shape, or form, but at the same time I don't think this is going to end at all anytime soon. We are coming into March now but I just feel like this whole thing will keep getting pushed into the Summer, as we approach the 4 year mark on this case.

If any consolation is that he's been in jail this whole time. So for those of us who were worried about him abusing young girls in the interim, especially when he kept professing his innocence, knowing that he's not out there doing his thing is at least some measure of comfort. As for the rest, it's as if people forgot the damage the pandemic lockdown/delays did to an already delayed system.

Postponed to June 26th because of a previous filing describing how his defense counsel would not be available on May 9th for sentencing. So June 26th it is

Tomorrow is the day. We’ll see what the sentence is and all I’m hearing is that it will be happening.

Federal Court - NJ DistrictNo word where he will serve the 10 years for the Federal crime. Also, no word on the additional charges (they did list all of the jurisdictions involved). This marks the end of the Federal trial. Now (as part of his plea agreement) he will be prosecuted by other victims and jurisdictions. States involved are NJ (Victim 1 is from Cherry Hill, NJ in Camden County), Connecticut, Maryland, California. No word on the other 3 minor victims origins (of if they are suing him) or the adult rape victim or her state of origin.
