I'm not surprised either. I mentioned on twitter to the intern about it being next year and they were "oh.. don't be surprised when it isn't".. then this comes out and I was justified in being terse. ETA: Sasuke has a new update message: www.tbs.co.jp/tv/daily/20111003.htmlThe google is just hilarious ;D

Wait a minute! Hatsuta is back? Thought he left. He left full time but he's returned for this tournament, just like 24. So he's sometimes announcer but our main team is Ogasawara and Sato (F, to clarify since we have 1000 Sato in Sasuke already ) *Funeral scene* Oh poor high sasuke ratings, while most of us never knew you personally, you did great things for us, You will be greatly missed and we hope you can return from the dead.

2 'big' Spoilers based on the article: Nagano makes at least the Halfpipe attack. Sasuke Malaysia winner makes it at least to Stage 2. It says nothing about Farid making it to Stage 2. It just says they talked with him between stages. They've let people who aren't in Stage 2 see Stage 2 happen and even the entire event.

Complete 4th victory? We get another kanzenseiha? Nagano's full recovery? From what exactly? Revival of "star" Yamada? What does he win or something??? LOL this is sooooo damn weird. Do these descriptions usually make sense AFTER the airing?

LOL Welcome to reading TBS press releases.. this is actually pretty typical. It's more of a question than anything.. "will he make it to the 2nd stage.. will his honor be restored.. tune in and find out on the next.. SASUKE!!!!!!!!!".. LOL that's really not a spoiler.. that's just hype to get people to watch. If you read the previous ones it's really a reword of the same thing.

Just saw something...putting it in spoilers just in case. And um..stay away from my twitter account because it's there too in a different version. A very very (like a few seconds) short clip for SASUKE at the tail end of a variety special showed the Final Stage and the smoke going off. No people were shown. Make of that what you will.

Did the clip show any details? Like did you notice if the Final Stage was one of the past or a new one? (Much more major spoiler continuation to that last bit) Because I could understand confusion if you didn't get a good look at the structure between the original and current final stages since ANW3 confirmed it and practically confirmed a clear with 1000 angles of a set upf final

He's always done really well before, and now he's better than ever. I have high hopes for a lot of people, but he's probably my favorite right now.

With the way the course is, I'd have to say the people with the best shots would be Yuuji, David (Although we know he's out of the question this time), Possibly Okuyama and Lee/Li, maybe Ryo if he clears stage 1
