Well think of Sasuke.. Daisuke.. and Shunsuke..
Sas'keh, Dais'keh and Shuns'ke if that helps

This is probably a HORRIBLE way to teach it but if you need help, Once you got the Shun down the -suke in his name would sort of sound like skate without the te

I'm probably a horrible teacher and trying to think of something might be hurting someone not used to Japanese Pronounciation but it's better than G4..

You're supposed to pronounce everything. Sa-su-ke. Dai-su-ke. Shun-su-ke. No silent letters/sounds in Japanese. It's just that the Japanese people, having spoken the language their entire lives, say things fast as hell and you can't always hear everything. Sasuke often sounds like Sas-kay, but if you listen closely, the oo sound should be there.

That, or the Japanese I studied was total BS.

Well, I'm going to be presenting this panel again at a smaller convention in 2 weeks, which is PERFECT timing with Sasuke 27 being tomorrow.

Best part is that I'll be able to explain A LOT more since I have almost an extra hour of time to present everything compared to Anime Boston.

If you wanna give shoutout's to the crowd at the convention (it's called AAC) then I'll put them in my powerpoint XD
