SCH is one of the best obstacles because the technique differ by every competitor: 1. Reaching Nagasaki Shunsuke - SASUKE 18 - Failed 2. Jumping at the tip Nagano Makoto - SASUKE 18 - Failed (DQ) - SASUKE 21 - Success - SASUKE 23 - Success Takahashi Kenji - SASUKE 18 - Failed Levi Meuweenberg - SASUKE 20 - Failed Takeda Toshihiro - SASUKE 21 - Successful - SASUKE 23 - Successful - SASUKE 24 - Successful Lee Enchi - SASUKE 22 - Failed Okuyama Yoshiyuki - SASUKE 22 - Failed Hashimoto Koji - SASUKE 24 - Successful Urishihara Yuuji - SASUKE 24 - Successful 3. Cross Hands Takahashi Kenji - SASUKE 23 - Successful - SASUKE 24 - Successful 4. Grab the tip then Jump Kanno Hitoshi - SASUKE 22 - Successful - SASUKE 23 - Successful Urushihara Yuuji - SASUKE 22 - Successful Tajima Naoya - SASUKE 24 - Successful Lee Enchi - SASUKE 24 - Successful Okuyama Yoshiyuki - SASUKE 23 - Successful - SASUKE 24 - Successful

Yuuji had the same style in both his attempts. He always made it in one fluid motion, grabbing the tip then jumping right afterward. Kouji as well in his attempt.

As you can see, All-Stars use technique 2 and new stars use technique 4.

As you can see, All-Stars use technique 2 and new stars use technique 4. I guess that means Hashimoto is an All Star.

As you can see, All-Stars use technique 2 and new stars use technique 4. So by that logic Nagano is a Shin Sei?

I think just jumping from the tip is incredebly hard. I dont have a cliffhanger myself, but when I practice any jumping when hanging from anything, trying to get horizontal momentum with ur hands that close together is torture lol. It makes sense how they get momentum, then change their hand position to jump over.

That's exactly right.

It's not impossible (Or even that difficult IMO but I can see the challenge) but I wouldn't say that's practical exactly.. Pretty much got to learn that one with the UCH being there.. Also maybe Takeda knew something we didn't?

What's not practical, exactly?

SCH swinging with your hands together instead of swinging with your arms apart then bringing your hands together to jump

SCH swinging with your hands together instead of swinging with your arms apart then bringing your hands together to jump Yeah. That does cause you to fail (Li in 22 anyone?)

It doesn't mean you'll fail, it might not be practical but it can still get the job done. Like doing a paper route on a tricycle, sure it's not a great idea but you'll get the route done, maybe.

Possible, just not ideal.

Yet on the other hand despite failing Kenji in 18 and Levi in 20 almost had it, Also Takeda has always cleared the SCH like that, all 3 times..

It certainly is possible. We can all agree on that cause as Rider said there have been people who have cleared using that technique. But I think some evidence that says that the other method is much easier is that Yuuji and the UNCLI all use the wide-handed technique. I would say it's the best technique because the UNCLI are the best at the cliffhangers and that is the method they use. Though if there is an UNCLI member who doesn't tell me cause I was too lazy to look it up

Well no duh it's possible, it just seems there are easier ways. That's all we're getting at.
