- The original "SASUKE Sensei" finally beats Stage 1
- The first time all of the All-Stars Yamada and Takeda fail the First Stage
- A completely different Second Stage
- A puny physics student makes it to the Third Stage
- The new final is seen
- The highest rated SASUKE ever...
Man, wouldn't it be nice to see such an Original and unique tournament?

Man, wouldn't it be nice to see such an Original and unique tournament? So, Asaoka clears Stage 1, Hidonori Kuboki clears Stage 2(but fails the Body Prop), and Kane and Jotchev makes it to the Final. One hell of a competition...

The original ''SASUKE sensei'' isn't his name Katsumi Yoshinaga? And he only competed 3 times right?

Haha Hironori Kuboki, I remember! I liked him. He had failed the S. Kabe the tournament before and came up with a formula to beat it watching and rewatching his attempt again. He cleared it at the first shot Uhm, that should be Sasuke 7.First time Makoto Nagano ever competed! He went shirtless looked so young! ;D Oh, and actually it was Shingo reaching the final in 7. Kane and Jovtchev did so in Sasuke 8.

Even though, shingo makes the final, new obstacles (well technically only 1 spider walk was only redesigned and brick climb isnt an obstacle). and the rise of underdogs (Kongu, Kuboki, Yoshinaga), I dont really like 7 for some reason.

He cleared it at the first shot Ah yes, I just saw his Sasuke 7 and 8 runs the other day when I DVRed Ninja Warrior. His Sasuke 7 run was amazing, making it all the way to the Cliff Hanger before failing. His Sasuke 8 run on the other hand was shocking, as he failed the Godantobi a.k.a. the Quintuple Step a.k.a. the first obstacle of Stage 1.
