Wait, there was a trailer? I think he meant this trailer. But this is just recapping T32 so yes, it does look like the obstacles don't change. But, there will most likely be some new obstacles.

I think it's safe to say by now that you guys won't be seeing the Equilibrium Obfuscator on American Ninja Warrior this upcoming season. :-( Oh well, congratulations to the winners. Who won? NBC isn't even revealing the winners of the contest yet. Someone from the staff better reveal it now before I consider this contest a waste of time.

Really hyped about this tournament! After the big controversy about T32, I'm really thinking that TBS learned from their mistakes and that this will be a big come-back. Also, Morimoto's coming back, looking forward to that. Watching without Nagano there might still be a minor problem to me..

For Geoff, I personally think somewhere in the 80's. Maybe like 86 or something.

Who's your favorite foreign competitor on SASUKE? (Please choose another person than any from America. =) I can add that to next month's podcast if you want. The new one was already taped and should be out later this week on Friday. Edit: Clarification on question. You mean any non-G4/ANW guys? Or all Americans period over time? Like none of the ANW guys, guys like Travis Schroder and Kane Kosugi are fine.

Double Wedge, a shameful resized version of an obstacle that barely anyone even passed and mostly hated that doesn't deserve to be in the 2nd STAGE, or in Vegas in general.

Did they really use that graphic!? I only ever remember permutations of this one: And boy does time fly.. Yes, they did, that was the original graphics that they redid the tournaments that had them, the formatting of the episodes also had all the graphics for obstacles at the top of the screen and their own clock blocking the original clock. I don't know why, but the font for the timer and obstacle names like look like the Takeshi's Castle font a bit to me. Also, I kinda like how when an obstacle is failed, that square turns red. Would've looked nice on the final version.

So, is this going to be something similar to USA vs. The World with teams, or is this just a regular tournament?

SASUKE: 30 seconds of rest (excluding SSK 29 since the stage was timed for SASUKE AESAN OPEN CUP purposes) ANW: A full minute of rest. 1 min in ANW?!!? I didnt get that. 30 sec. Ah, never mind. I guess I heard 1 minute from one of the Final Stage Podcasts.

2nd STAGE: 1) Chain Reaction 2) Down (Kudari) -> Up (Nobori) Salmon Ladder 3) Spider Walk (T1-T4 version) 4) Goren Hammer Kai (The path slants up) 5) Pendulum Pandemonium (Double Pendulum but with a farther gap between the Giant Bar swing and the first sandbag, and there is 2-3 sandbags that alternate left -> right) 6) Wall Flip (The walls are spring-loaded so competitors need to push more on the walls to "lock" them in place to walk over) TL: 1:45 (105 seconds) 3rd STAGE: 1) Drum Hopper Kai (Drums are at different heights) 2) Keylock Hang 3) Sidewinder-R Kai 4) Cliff Cone (An SMF idea, 2-3 cones that freely spin with ledges around the cone. Credit to the person who had the original idea.) 5) Curved Body Prop (Add some gaps into the boards) 6) Vertical Limit Kai 7) Pipe Slider FINAL STAGE: 1) Spider Climb (37.5 ft. and splits after 15 seconds) 2) Tsuna Nobori (37.5 ft) TL: 30 seconds
