Nagano - no chance, hes going to the final stage in 23 - he never fails a obstacle twice! Yet he falied the warped wall twice. And the final stage rope climb thrice. He failed the warped wall twice before he became uber so final stage is a different matter to rest of the course.

But dude, again, what I'm saying is that since he became "uber" he's never made these many mistakes and has never failed the First Stage this often. So I'm saying he's not as consistent as he once was, then again no one is that consistent in Shin-Sasuke.

Snap, but a SHOULD basis based on his skills and ability he SHOULD reach stage 4 in 23! I have every faith in him!

Chances are 11 because between 11 and 19 he never failed the first stage, or maybe 9 because he almost got to the final stage after beating the Warped Wall for the first time..

I would say that Sasuke 9 was his breakout tournament and when he finally broke through the First Stage. That said, he and the rest of the All-Stars have never failed this much in the First Stage. So to say, "O, Nagano won't fail the First Stage again" well, that's definitely not a guarantee anymore.

G4 subtitles put it as "the man who never makes the same mistake twice" not failing the same obstacle twice in a row.

the only all-star that is waaayy past his prime is Yamada but the rest are fine even Akiyama is fine if he gets past the half-pipe i think he has a good chance to clear the first stage and Bunpei is kinda past his prime but not really because of his age he has always been old i think because he is missing alot of tournaments now. Shingo is still good as long as he gets passed the landing pad of the half-pipe lol and Takeda and Nagano are still the best competitors in the whole competition i mean if either one of them makes it past the third stage the will destroy that new final stage

It's more than that for Shingo; he's got too many mental demons and careless mistakes to fight off. Otherwise he'll quickly sink to Yamada's level (if he hasn't already), and Yamada will have company in the "I'll never pass Stage 1 again" club. And I hate saying that about these guys.

The all stars used to dominate the sasuke course. At least four making it ti the second stage and three to the third stage. Now . . . we need a new generation of all stars

21 was the closest thing to dominance we've seen from the All-Stars since 17. I agree, we need new all-stars, though unfortunately it ain't up to us. If only it were.

I agree, we need some new All-Stars, but I'm not saying get rid of the ones we have now. The only ones I think that are past their prime are Yamada and posibly Akiyama. Sure, Akiyama is not that old just yet, and can get through some of the obstacles pretty well, but I think if he doesn't skip every other tournament, then I'm sure he can do well. Let's hope he's there at 23 and defeats that Halfpipe attack.

I still have a ton of faith in Shiratori. He's tied with Nagano with having the least number of 1st stage Shin-Sasuke failures. His pre-18 record is also extremely impressive.
I remember an interview with Nagano where he said that Shiratori was the best athlete of all the All-Stars. I think he'll impress us.

Have you guys forgotten?
Nagano almost won Ninja Warrior in Sasuke 21(edit)? The only thing that stopped him was poor obstacle structure?
I don't think Nagano is going anywhere, to say he's past his prime is fair enough, but don't worry about his age, its a long a** time before we discuss Nagano being old.
Mr.Sasuke has grown older. And grumpier...
I pretty much agree with the rest of you beyond this...

I think they've fine. Bunpei is the only one showing any real negative signs of age.
I think everyone else is just messing up.
And poor construction? You mean the net that didn't break?
