Does anyone have a problem with Yamamoto getting #100 since he's been to every tournament?

^ I agree. The highest number Shingo has ever worn is #98. I'd like to see him wear #100. Although, I don't think he would like that. He doesn't like being high up in the lineup. I think it would be neat to see him wear #100, though, especially if Sasuke 27 is the last tournament. He really deserves it more than anyone else, even Nagano.

I disagree. He never almost won, then won, then almost won again.

Does anyone have a problem with Yamamoto getting #100 since he's been to every tournament? Yes. I do. His feats include a perfect attendence. So we should give him 100 because of that? I'm not saying he isn't an incredable athlete, but just because he's been to every tournament doesn't mean much. In my opinion. Nagano or Yuugi should wear 100. It's only fair, and in the history of Sasuke, these two have had amazing feats.

The guy who runs the Ninja Warrior facebook page says "TBS has confirmed that they have not canceled Sasuke and have not yet scheduled the next event." www.facebook.com/#!/ninjawarrior/posts/10150095909574395?notif_t=feed_comment Are we over-reacting, or does he not know what he's talking about?

Although it could mean 27 is the last one... They haven't canceled it yet officially... So lets hope 27 is enough to save it... If not lets hope it goes out with epicness

Until TBS makes the announcement themselves... I should probably stop being as depressed as I am right now.

I think we overreacted but at least there was some reason behind it. I guess after a year we were all expecting a full out cancellation so we just expected the worst and reacted as so.

We reacted to an article written in the national magazines in Japan and reposted in at least 14 different locations. That's not an exaggeration and all we were discussing was what was written in the article. I'm hoping NW guy who updates Facebook and has not control over content is correct. I don't want Sasuke to end.

Or TBS is being weaselly about it: you don't have to "cancel" SASUKE (unlike Tokyo Friend Park) because it's not a regular show. You simply don't schedule it to be made ever again.

Interesting how the 2 that control this (M9 and TBS) are reaaaaally quiet right now .. unless of course... they wanted this?

If you're a pessimist: they were planning to say something about the show ending closer to whatever they air (competition or retrospective) to pop a good final rating but got scooped by someone's big mouth.

Does the post talk about how TBS is getting rid of obstacles for more space though?

Does the post talk about how TBS is getting rid of obstacles for more space though? No. The intern just said that TBS told them they are not canceling. Waiting for M9/TBS to finally say something.. it's been 3 days since the article came out..

He's from the G4 forum. forums.g4tv.com/showthread.php?t=163896It's the exact same article.. it's just reprinted by the other media.. last time I counted.. the exact article written by women's weekly.. whatever.. is reprinted 14 times.. it's literally copy and pasted.

Lol, I don't think you get what I'm trying to say. Or TBS is being weaselly about it: you don't have to "cancel" SASUKE (unlike Tokyo Friend Park) because it's not a regular show. You simply don't schedule it to be made ever again. I'm disagreeing with this post, or making a point that if they are getting rid of all the obstacles, there's really no way for another Sasuke to exist after they get rid of them.
