Or at least end with a winner (and not talking about what they did with K8, that wouldnt even be Sasuke no more..)
This all sucks. But for now there is no 100 percent confirmation that its gonna be over, right? Maybe its just a rumor.

It would be nice if they ended on Sasuke 30 like tigerofhaughton said. - 27 Spring 2011 - 28 Fall 2011 - 29 Spring 2012 - 30 Fall 2012 - End with 15 years and 30 tournaments.
But, at this point, there's no financial point for TBS to continue supporting it, and I don't see it happening.
At best, we could hope that Pro Sportsman No. 1 isn't cancelled and it continues to air once a year.

I mean, it's like this for almost any series in anything when it comes to TV, books, etc. There's been lots of shows (especially anime series) that I have loved and have been attached to such as Sonic X, Wolf's rain, Inuyasha, Yu Yu Hakusho, and Virtua Fighter, only to see them end so suddenly. Sasuke looks like it is going to make it's final hurrah with at least 1 more tournament, and it BETTER be good if they are going to go out with it. Hearing this and watching the final episode of sonic x tonight made today like the most depressing day ever.

It had to happen, while many of us were hoping we could get a few more tourneys, we should be grateful for what we got. TBS could've easily ended it at 24, fitting to see the competitors as a whole having the last say over the course. But we've gotten two, quite possibly three more. It's been fun, but we all knew this was coming.
Sucks that it couldn't have waited a year, till I was out of school though. :S

If it hadnt, then it should be on the next Kazenseiha. Just my 2 sense.

If the 27th tournament comes already, they should give everyone a chance at Stage 2.

I wouldn't want any fixed results, I feel it would ruin it becuase a lot of people would be getting results they don't deserve.

If the 27th tournament comes already, they should give everyone a chance at Stage 2. While sure I'd love to see some of these competitors finally take on the later stages (I'm sure people like Ryo, Shinya, Kawahara and plenty more would kill the later stages), That's really just a stupid idea to let everyone attempt stage 2.. like.. what the f*** was the point of stage 1?... .......Admittedly it would be hilarious to see the Trio of Failure attempting stage 2...

If they actually do cancel the show, after the normal tournament they should let the top competitors, AKA All Stars, New Stars, UNCLI etc all have a go at Stage Three just to see how they would do

Idk if they would tape that but idk if they would have a problem with the competitors just playing around on stage three (they did let david touch it in 22).

I do think it would be nice to give the all stars/new stars/tops/comedians (lol) a chance in later stages as a grande finale if its gonna happen. BUNPEI BETTER COME BACK!!!!!
I would make #95-100 be the 6 all stars. Really. But nevertheless I still hope this whole Sasuke ending thing isnt gonna happen. Gotta have hope.

I would make #95-100 be the 6 all stars. Really. LOL I don't know why I never thought about it but you're absolutely right! I would have it: #95: Bunpei (only because he has been there the least and hopefully to start off the 6 with a clear) #96: Shingo (Only because I am not very confident in his potential #97: Akiyama (First champion, but had very little potential IMO so not in the last 3) #98: Takeda (Probably the strongest of the All-Stars in the Shin-Sasuke era but simply cannot be after the next 2...) #99: Yamada (Icon of SASUKE of the old, and something gives me this feeling he would have it in him to make a 1st stage clear knowing it's the LAST one) #100: Nagano (Icon of Sasuke of the NEW and will likely put up a good showing for the final run. Either way I don't see any of the 6 being the "last man standing"... I'd say the most likely candidates for that would be: -Urushihara -Li En Zhi -Okuyama -Kouji -Kongu Those 5 seem to have the strongest results in the last 3 tourneys (if the Americans are invited again I'd say David is also a good candidate... still not sure about Brian and Levi (never know when something can go wrong) and Brent was a first-timer).

TBS hasn't confirmed it yet, so let's just hope there is a 27 and maybe even hope for a come back in a couple of years. This is one of the saddest days of my life(maybe) but let's not give up or stop training. This is very frustrating, sasuke was something that I could escape to and train for...what now?
