In keeping with the trend...
As of now, we can probably assume that only four of the All-Stars will be at 24. My predictions there:
76) Katsumi Yamada 97) Toshihiro Takeda 98) Shingo Yamamoto 100) Makoto Nagano (but we all knew that)
And if they come back at all (one or the other if not both)....
13) Kazuhiko Akiyama 85) Bunpei Shiratori
That's just my feeling. How about you guys?

#100 to a random fisherman badass #98 to a random fireman badass #96 to a random gas station badass #83 to a random...uhm...former badass.
strangely, I have the same your feelings about Akiyama and Bunpei.

Akiyama---4 (his Kanzenseiha tournament) or 24 (upcoming tournament) Shiratori---83 (IDK why... ) Yamada---90 (did better in Sasuke 23 than most previous Shin-Sasuke tournaments, after all) Yamamoto---94 (sounds right in accordance with his results in 23) Takeda---97 or 98 (after all, isn't he usually up there lately? ;D ) Nagano---unless Yamada threatens to "retire" again, we all know

I won't guess specifically, but I'd say:
Yamamoto- 90s Shiratori- 80s Yamada- high 80s or low 90s Akiyama- 60s Takeda- high 90s . . . . . . . Nagano- 101

Nagano - 100 (percent beastiness) Takeda - 97 (percent muscle) Yamamoto - 91 (special 90 number) Shiratori - 77 (lucky that he doesn't hurt something) Akiyama - 44 (kanzenseiha) Yamada - 0 (clears in the last 11 tournaments)

Nagano---unless Yamada threatens to "retire" again, we all know I think we've heard that joke more than once okay. Akiyama K. 65 Nagano M. 100 (he doesn't just have 100 for the hell of it, he deserves it judging from last time) Shiratori B. 74 Takeda T. 95 Yamada K. 91 Yamamoto S. 80

It's not a joke - we've seen it before and it can happen again. I'm sure I started it though, but I still stand firm by the statement.
And while before I figured Shingo wouldn't be in the 90s again, I now have a hard time thinking he'll be out of it again. How things change!

I personally don't think if Yamada threatened to retire again, that he would get #100. Back in SASUKE 17, Yamada was perceived differently: -He wore #99 for all three tournaments in 2005. -He made it to the top of the Rope Climb in SASUKE 16. -People, including Yamada himself, genuinely thought he would clear stage 1 again and would in SASUKE 17. Nowadays though, he has been getting lower numbers (and not #99 consistently) and not many people believe he can still clear. So I think it is a different time. I do think he would get a higher number than he normally would if he threatened that though. Finally, with Nagano being THIS dominant. There's no way he couldn't be #100, unless of course there was a race or something
