Katsuhide Torisawa first competed in SASUKE 18, a grand renewal tournament after Nagano's victory. He was 34 years old at the time. Let's imagine if he competed in any prior tournaments from 1~17 (age 25~34); how far he would have gone? As of this writing (SASUKE 41), he NEVER attempted any trampoline and further obstacles, so I'm curious how far he would have went, had he competed in earlier tournaments with easier obstacle layouts. Would he attempt trampoline obstacle, Jump Hang? Would he even attempt the wall and possible clear Stage 1?
Here's my prediction. To make this scenario fair, Torisawa has to do his usual performance, such as lifting weights (common), ripping shirt, squeezing (apple, bottle, etc.), open bottle with his mouth, etc.)
1 - Rapid Descent (sliding down) 2 - Barrel Climb 3 - Rolling Log 4 - Balance Bridge 5 - Jump Hang (not touching net) 6 - Rolling Log 7 - Jump Hang (not touching net) 8 - Quintuple Step 9 - Big Boulder 10 - Jump Hang (grabbed the net but fell due to momentum) 11 - Balance Bridge/Quarter Bridge 12 - Hill Climb (transition from 1st to 2nd hill) 13 - Prism Tilt 14 - Butterfly Wall 15 - Hurdle Jump (third hurdle) 16 - Sextuple Step 17 - Log Slope
Looking at the result, SASUKE 5~10 is where Torisawa would probably be at his best, depending on if he competes consistently. I can see him attempt Jump Hang at least 1 or 3 times at the most, but he would probably not attempt wall or clear the stage. lol From 12 and onward, is where we get to see usual performance, due to constant changes with first obstacle at the time.
