In around 27 years, there's many USA and Europe competitors cleared Stage 1, and also, in Taiwan there's Lee Enchi and Hong. However, we didn't see many Korean competitors. As SHINee Minho compete in another TBS show, Sport Man battle (スポーツ男子), is that means that kpop have possibility to compete in SASUKE as well? Well there's a lot of nominations for boys group (from super junior to enhypen), but for girls group (and solo artists)…… I'm only think that IVE An Yujin can do far. So why there's no Korea version SASUKE?

I'll be honest I have no idea. But I could give you a possibility as to way there is no Korean presence in the world of Ninja. That possibility is that you notice any social media prescence at all? Any? Cause I don't. I don't know anything related to Ninja Warrior that Korea has. Either that, or I'm not looking hard enough. The point is that there is no presence there as far as I know.

I remember Yeo Hong-Chul, the Olympic gymnast who competed in SASUKE 7,8 and 11 failing Stage 1 each time, and HERYON, the comedienne who finished dead last in 18.

Ninja Warrior isn't really a thing in Korea, so there's arguably no one of note worth inviting. These days pro athletes are all Japanese to drive ratings, and any international competitors are picked based on their skill in their respective Ninja Warrior show, which Korea doesn't have.
As mentioned above we did have a few appearances of Korean competitors in the older era, which if you think about it isn't too incomparable to pretty much every foreign country, bar America, who have each had very few instances of competitors on Sasuke.
Korea's had at least two competitors from there compete on Sasuke, Germany's also only had two (Rene and Oliver), Taiwan has had two (Lee and Liao), etc. etc.
Obviously it might seem like other countries are more prominent because competitors from there are more successful and hence are more memorable and get invited back, but again that's due to the fact that those countries have Ninja shows which facilitates their success on Sasuke. The only non-Ninja foreigners who did consistently well on Sasuke were Jovtchev and Lee.

They can invite kpop idols that are Korean, because last year there's already Japanese kpop group entered. It will not far for Korean members to compete. But for normal Korean representative…… it still hard to say. I remember there's a Korean person failed to finish the performance, and there's also an All cut Korean competitor in SASUKE 36.
