Which day of the week do you consider the perfect one to enjoy a long-awaited new tournament broadcasted in real time? Maybe you should also consider your country's time zone (for example, since I'm European I have to watch every tournament from 10.00 AM to 3.00 PM)

I've been watching since Sasuke 26 and have been quite lucky. 26: school holidays 27: pulled a sickie 28-31: school holidays 32-33: university holiday 34: bunked off lectures to watch (seriously, they were useless) 35: university holiday 36: took time out after university 37: university holiday 38-39: company I was working with shut down for Christmas 40: worked for myself so took day off 41: project was waiting for funding so had time Don't get me wrong, I love what I do, but if a tournament is airing, I WILL watch it live no matter what

You really skipped school to see 27's live, you're really a madman π. Around 30 I forgot about the time zone and when I understood my error I immediately opened the live stream and my first sight was Ryo attempting the Final πΆβπ«οΈ. That was the first time I watched a live tournament, before, despite being a fan since 2008, I didn't know how to watch live tournaments.

Yeah it wasn't easy trying to hide my excitement for Hashimoto's UCH clear, Ryo's Final breakout, and Yuuji's second win while pretending to have a cold, lol. With 34 they didn't take attendance for lectures so I was all good. For 30 I distinctly remember agreeing to go with my friend to a university open day not realising it was the air date, had to cancel on him last minute, he didn't take the excuse "I'm watching Ninja Warrior" particularly kindly ;P

I remember in 31 (my first real live tournament) that the postman rang on my house during Kanno's Third Stage attempt, and I was fast enough to come back just to see his Crazy Cliffhanger's clear, much to my jubilation.

Damn that was lucky. These days I tactically time my coffee break around the 1-1.5 hour mark, basically whenever the mass of celebrities in the 50s-60s are running. Figured it's better to just keep myself busy doing other things than enduring their eventual reaching of the Dragon Glider with no time left.

I should have done it too because that day (it was monday) I was teased a lot by my high school mates because of football (the team I support lost against the team supported by the majority of my friends).
