What results would the All-Stars have achieved if they had always competed, in tournaments where they could do so? In fact I only consider tournaments (in which they were absent) between tournaments in which they were present, and I excluded tournaments before their debuts or tournaments in which they were pratically retired or injured.
YAMADA 13-Wall Lift 25-Warped Wall or Circle Slider 29-Warped Wall 31-Orugoru or Warped Wall 32-TIE Fighter 34-Fish Bone 35-Fish Bone or Dragon Glider 36-Wing Slider 37-Fish Bone Kai
AKIYAMA 5-Jump Hang 18-Flying Chute 19-Jumping Spider 21-Warped Wall 23-Warped Wall or Slider Jump 26-Rolling Escargot 27-Warped Wall or Double Salmon Ladder
NAGANO 33-Reverse Conveyor 34-Double Pendulum (gets surprised by the higher bar) 35-Dragon Glider 36-Warped Wall 37-Fish Bone Kai 39-Rolling Hill (very likely he would get a very high number)
TAKEDA 26-Rolling Escargot 27-Ultimate Cliffhanger 37-Warped Wall (gets screwed by the rain)
BUNPEI 10-Rope Climb 20-Stick Slider 24(he was present on the sidelines)-Warped Wall or Unstable Bridge 32(he was present at Nagano's farewell)-Double Pendulum

The only ones I definitely don't agree with are Yamada in 13 and Takeda in 27. The former because the longer Stage 1 would have shot his stamina which was already waning by that point and the latter because he was going through a really rough patch in his life and probably wouldn't have been all there for 27 hence why he didn't compete.
The rest are obviously variables but with Bunpei I don't think he'd have cleared in 24 given he was still injured and by that point had stopped training. Warped Wall would be a probability given lack of stamina.
Nagano in 33 and 34 is also debatable then again 33's time limit was pitifully lenient... as for 34 the higher bar was hardly a threat sans Shingo and Ryo and Nagano is better on trampolines than he is on springboard so I'd say low wall, high Backstream.

Agreed with most of these, though one thing to mention is that Bunpei was injured in 20, and after 21, as was Takeda around the time of 37, so them competing was a non-possibility.
I do think Yamada could have cleared in 13, albeit with not much time left as speed was never his strong suit. Don't forget that part of the reason he fell off from 14 onwards was a combination of the pressure from it being his grand return, as well as the fact that him not training for a few months at his age meant he would've lost a fair bit of stamina. The fact he cleared the trials with ample time left indicated he still had a decent about of mojo left in him before he "retired". Re Stage 2, it really depends. He did technically clear an identical stage in 12, but then also had a pretty bad rep for sporadically failing on it due to mental self-sabotage, having failed it in 6 out of his 10 attempts. His absolute max would be Pipe Slider, though a Stage 1/2 timeout is defo on the cards.
Agreed with subtleagent re Takeda in 27, though the reason he was absent was actually because he was going for a promotion in his firefighting regiment and didn't want to risk injuring himself training/competing. I'm not sure about his personal/family issues, I know he got divorced before 30, but that was well over 2 years later. Generally though I just couldn't see him making it that far. Obstacles like the Escargot and Spin Bridge could viably take him out, then there's the Double Salmon Ladder which failed him in 25. I'd say his absolute max would be Flying Bar given how bad he was on swinging obstacles, but realistically I see him failing the Spin Bridge or Double SL.
I'd say Nagano's last real shot at clearing was 33-34, because his speed and stamina is just gone, and those were the only two courses which had a time limit lenient enough for him to clear (even in 40 he was way off clearing time-wise), especially when you consider he'd need to take multiple attempts at the wall, and even then there's a good chance he could fail it if he was too exhausted after a couple of attempts. Not to mention that he had straight up stopped training at that point due to declining interest, and was in his mid-40s, so as time went on, the wall and time limit would increasingly become his biggest enemy, as well as new obstacles which could easily throw him off due to lack of training.
On a related note, I just love how Shingo's name doesn't even appear here, lol.
