Is there any way for someone to train for sasuke and make the final without any home course or obstacle experience.
So, if someone wanted to do well on sasuke but doesnt have a home course, is it enough for this someone to just practice parkour, do some rock climbing, carry out a couple of sets at the gym and perform various pull ups which would be enough to do well? What are you guys thoughts?
Also, how can someone practice the sasuke obstacles without a home course? The only way I can think of is to do parkour and how much is it to build a home course?

I'd say early to mid Stage 3 fail probably absolute max would be best case scenario, given the difficulty and specificity of the Cliffhanger 180 transitions that require aggressive training on that specific move and isn't really translatable from any sport, even climbing. We've seen numerous examples of competitors who make it this far without training for the show but basically never beyond until they start to practice on home courses. Examples being Mutou in 39 who managed to clear the first two stages with natural athleticism, as well as numerous internationals who haven't practiced any of the specific Sasuke obstacles. You can viably clear the first two stages if you're moderately capable without course training, as the skills required are more transferrable from sports like parkour, gymnastics, or general upper body training. Like how the Dragon Glider is effectively just a timed lache, Fish Bone isn't hard but is just timing based, Salmon Ladder is mainly just upper body explosivity etc.
Re practicing without a home course, [REDACTED] pretty much trained using his imagination in playgrounds and parks and that still paid off. You can get somewhat creative if you/re near a park with like monkey bars etc. Like doing a reverse grab lache between two bars, doing the 180 transition using two bars (not as hard as cliff ledges but it's still something), you can also do pullups on door frames for grip strength, etc.
