What if they cleared?

Something I always wondered is, what would have happened if this person cleared a given stage or makes it passed a obstacle they made a rookie mistake on, how far would they have gone? I have a list of runs below where someone almost cleared a stage, but didn't because of a time out or they made a rookie mistake or some other reason. How far would have the competitors below make it if they did not time out or made their rookie mistake or the reason for their fail never happened? The names are as followed: 

-shingo in Sk 8 first stage (timed out) 
-Yamada in Sk 6 and Sk 10 third stage (failed dismount) 
-Yamada in Sk 12 second stage (Glove disqualification) 
-Bunpei in Sk 13 and Sk16 stage 3 (failed pipe slider dismount) 
-Takeda in Sk 8,12 and 17 stage 3 (failed pipe slider dismount) 
-Kanno in SK 22 stage 3 (spider flip disqualification) 
-Tajima in Sk 24 stage 3 (mental error on gliding ring) 
-Nagano in Sk 21 stage 3 (if glider ring didn't glitch) 
-shingo in sasuke 25 stage 2 (if he didn't make mistake on balance tank) 
-hashimoto in Sk 26 stage 2 (if he didn't fail mental spin) 
-shingo in Sk 27 stage 1 (if he didn't fail spin bridge) 
-David Campbell in Sk 27 stage 3 (if he made it passed Ultiimate cliffhanger) 
-Ryo in Sk 28 stage 2 (if he wasn't too slow) 
-Shunsuke in Sk 29 stage 2 (if stage 2 wasn't a blood bath) 
-Shingo in Sk 30 stage 2 (if he didn't inhale water in backstream and timed out) 
-Hiroshiga in Sk 32 stage 1 (if he cleared the stage) 
-nagano in Sk 32 stage 1 (if he cleared the stage) 
Hiroshiga in Sk 34 stage 2 (if he didn't timed out) 
-yuji in Sk 37 stage 3 (if he didn't made mental error on pipe slider) 
-Yoshi in Sk 38 stage 3 (if there was no sanitation on the CLD) 

do let me know how far would they have made it. I choose these runs specifically as I felt as though if they did cleared a given stage, they could potentially have a impacting run in the next stage.

Shingo in 8 - Either Chain reaction fail like Sagawa Ryuichi, Body prop fail due to condensation, Cliffhanger fail due to shoulder issues, pipe slider dismount or time out on the final at the same height as Kane.

Yamada in 6 and 10 - About 19-21m up the final rope.

Yamada in 12 - Either a stage 2 time out on the walls due to time taken to remove the gloves and apply spray or a pipe slider fail or final stage timeout about 19-21m up.

Bunpei in 13 and 16 - Potentially a Kanzen in both but likely 21-22m up with him probably doing worse in 16 due to being older and the cold weather.

Takeda - Potentially a kanzen due to his alleged skills at rope climbing from fire fighter training but there really is no strong basis in him being this elite rope climber so I'd guess 20-22m up the rope. In 8 he'd definitely fail due to the rain.

Kanno - Probably would fail the jump on either the spider flip or gliding ring due to exhaustion.

Tajima - I'd say about 20-21m up.

Nagano - Potentially a kanzen but we don't know what the time limit would have been or if the metal ladder would have made the final harder.

Shingo in 25 - Floating boards most likely, like in ANW, best case is on the cliffhanger transition to the third ledge.

Hashimoto - Probably would fail the ultimate cliffhanger (4th to 5th ledge) due to the cold weather and exhaustion from the harder first half as well as pressure. Best case scenario he beats it but would probably fail the swing circle.

Shingo in 27 - Probably fail somewhere in stage 2 due to his tendencies to make mistakes, I'd say either the balance tank again, modified metal spin or wall lift timeout. If he did clear, then either the flying bar or ultimate cliffhanger (3rd to 4th or 4th to 5th).

David - Either chain seesaw or Kanzen.

Ryo in 28 - Crazy cliffhanger jump.

Shunsuke in 29 - Crazy cliffhanger jump.

Shingo in 30 - Wall lift timeout. Yuuji had a better time at him at the backstream as well as being younger and still timed out. Shingo would struggle on the walls due to exhaustion.

Hiroshige - Flying bar fail due to rain.

Nagano in 32 - Probably would fail the downward salmon ladder due to lack of experience and training on it or would timeout on the walls. Best case he clears and fails the flying bar in stage 3 (even better but incredibly unlikely the sidewinder)

Hiroshige in 34 - Sidewinder Kai or UCCH first jump.

Yuuji in 37 - Final stage salmon ladder fail due to pressure, the wind, lack of experience on it and exhaustion due to his age and the difficulty, would make it higher than Tada and Rene and would be the best that tournament.

Yoshiyuki in 38 - Vertical limit tri fail or final stage salmon ladder or about midway up the rope.

Shingo in 8: Cliffhanger fail (due to rain) or Final timeout
Yamada in 6 and 10: Final Stage timeout (if it took Nagano, who's much lighter and faster, four tries to beat that Final, no way would Yamada beat it in his first or second)
Yamada in 12: Pipe Slider
Bunpei in 13: Final timeout again due to wind
Bunpei in 16: possible Kanzen
Takeda: I want to say Kanzen given his rope skills but depends on how fast he is on the Spider Climb
Kanno in 22: same as in 23, except maybe a couple of metres further up given the extra 5 seconds, but certainly not Kanzen as he was really slow on the rope in 23
Tajima in 24: unsure on this one. Hashimoto almost won, and Tajima's Stage 3 performance was way more impressive up until he failed (arguably the most impressive of the lot), so he had the upper body endurance to beat the tower, but we never saw his rope climbing skills, and his height may have been a disadvantage on the Heavenly Ladder.
Nagano in 21: Easy Kanzen given that he would've got the 45 second TL on Final
Shingo in 25: Floating Boards as he failed this in ANW vs Japan
Hashimoto in 26: Probably end of Ultimate Cliffhanger given that 26's first half of Stage 3 was still fairly brutal.
Shingo in 27: Low of Balance Tank, high of Flying Bar or very early UCH fail
Campbell in 27: Chain See-Saw or Kanzen given how easy 27's Final was
Ryo in 28: Crazy Cliffhanger as he hadn't seen that move before
Shunsuke in 29: Crazy Cliffhanger
Shingo in 30: Imma say Wall Lift timeout as he was already pretty low on time, and I could definitely see him getting stuck under one of the walls trying to use his duck technique.
Hiroshige in 32: Backstream (as he failed it in 31) or Flying Bar
Nagano in 32: Flying Bar; he would've had to run Stage 3 in the rain wearing #100 so that would be his absolute max.
Hiroshige in 34: Low Flying Bar, High UCCH first transition
Yuuji in 37: Jugo Dan, towards the end of the obstacle
Yoshi in 38: Vertical Limit or Jugo Dan

Hiroshige wore #33 so wouldn't have had to run in the rain, but Nagano would've as he wore #100 and the rain on Stage 3 started before Anastase's run who wore #94.
