Here are every Shin-Sasuke tournaments ranked, including 25 to 27 in my opinion
10.Sasuke 26-Bad editing, lackluster results for the Japanese competitor, and the start of dark age of Sasuke. This is was the first tournament that I saw on YouTube and I remembered feeling like I had watched something different compared to the Nagano era
9.Sasuke 20-Lackluster results on Stage One, despite some modifications. The Stick Slider on Stage Two doesn't help
8.Sasuke 18-Honestly, I think some of the obstacles have aged pretty badly and it was pretty clear they ran out of ideas in Stage Two and Three.
7.Sasuke 19-On paper, this would be the worst due to its results and Stage Two ending, but I think it did what 18 didn't do, eliminate everyone on Stage One and it almost did, but I think it would be better had 18 and 19's results been switched around
6.Sasuke 22-The rise of the Shin-Sedai and breakout runs from oLee and Okuyama, but for me, the editing on Stage One brought this tournament down for me
5.Sasuke 25-A mix of old and new obastcles, which is a welcome change for a while, but unfortunately, this tournament seemed pretty rushed as it was aired less then 3 months after Yuuji's first Kanzen, resulting in a lack of promotion
4.Sasuke 21-A nice comeback for Takeda and Nagano, as they both made it deep into the course, but unfortunately, the Gliding Ring brought this tournament to an anti-climatic finish
3.Sasuke 27-The end of the Monster 9 era. Despite that, there were lots of great results, especially from the Americans, Ryo's breakout run and Nagano's last stand. The only negative would be the nerfed Stage Three
2.Sasuke 24-One of the best tournaments of all time, with lots of memorable moments like Yuuji's Kanzen, Takeda's last stand, Kong's run, etc.. I almost had nothing negative to say, except for maybe Stage Three being too easy, like Rope Junction
1.Sasuke 23-By far the best tournament in this era, with Nagano's near second Kanzen, Shingo's comeback, Kong's comeback, Kanno's best performance. There is a lot to like about this tournament as it has mix of old and new faces in Stages Two and Three
