To elaborate on this: #10, #13, #18, #20, #30, #40, #42, #46, #49, #61, #63, #65, #68, #70, #71, #72, #80, #83, #85, #86, #89, #95, #96, #97, and #99 are done by the same person who did the first clears for First Stage *and they done it in the same tournament they clear First Stage except Miura Eiichi (his #40 clear for First Stage was SASUKE 1, his #40 clear for Second Stage was SASUKE 4), which made me appreciate him even more*.
Those that registered first clear to multiple numbers: #1 Hasegawa Ken (three times, #10, #65, and #96). #2 Omori Akira (three times, #97, #99, and #100). #3 Yamamoto Shingo (three times, #13, #20, and #98). #4 Hioki Masashi (three times, #31, #35, and #45). #5 Isa Yoshinori (three times, #24, #48, and #55). #6 Yamamoto Tatsuya (twice, #42 and #54). #7 Miura Eiichi (twice, #30 and #40). #8 Kawashima Takayuki (twice, #43 and #49). #9 Kane Kosugi (twice, #89 and #91). #10 Iketani Naoki (twice, #81 and #90). #11 Kobayashi Shinji (twice, #68 and #74). #12 Asaoka Hiroyuki (twice, #3 and #80). #13 Kobayashi Masaaki (twice, #87 and #92). #14 Takahashi Kenji (twice, #46 and #66). #15 Okuyama Yoshiyuki (twice, #50 and #84). #16 Hashimoto Koji (twice, #60 and #85).
Hasegawa, Omori, Yamamoto Shingo, Miura, and Asaoka also done it for First Stage. All of them are impressive, but the most impressive for me is Asaoka, his first clears for these numbers are literally ten tournaments apart.
Also, the order of the numbers by their first clear: #18, #49, #72, #89, #96, #97 (SASUKE 1), #20, #30, #42, #65, #70, #83, #95, #99 (SASUKE 2), #10, #13, #54, #100 (SASUKE 3), #3, #40, #43, #64, #71, #81, #86, #94 (SASUKE 4), #98 (SASUKE 5), #93 (SASUKE 6), #46 (SASUKE 7), #59, #91 (SASUKE 8), #61 (SASUKE 9), #74 (SASUKE 11), #1, #77, #92 (SASUKE 12), #90 (SASUKE 13), #68, #76, #80, #87, #88 (SASUKE 14), #66 (SASUKE 16), #67 (SASUKE 17), #79, #84 (SASUKE 22), #73, #85 (SASUKE 24), #50, #60, #69 (SASUKE 25), #57, #62, #63 (SASUKE 27), #58 (SASUKE 28), #35 (SASUKE 30), #31 (SASUKE 31), #45 (SASUKE 34), #47, #48 (SASUKE 37), #55 (SASUKE 39), #24, and #75 (SASUKE 40).
Worth to note: During the first two Eras, only SASUKE 10 and SASUKE 15 didn't have any new numbers clearing Second Stage, as well as there's more tournaments with new numbers clearing Second Stage than those with no new numbers *this is hard to say for First Stage as literally 71% of the numbers had achieve it during First Era and 75% of the numbers had achieve it after SASUKE 10*. With currently so many numbers without clears, there's a chance that trend will continue for at least next five years.

Damn, only 11 out of the first 40 numbers have made it to Stage 3, and only 5 of them have not been exclusively in Sasuke 1-4 (Kongu made Stage 3 in 25 wearing #40 though isn't listed here because he wasn't the first). Really goes to show that despite what people say, numbers are definitely an indication of skill and hence who the number is allocated to. Probably influenced by the fact that until recently, majority of the numbers up to #40 were mainly allocated to randos, celebrities, comedians, joke competitors etc. then past #40 was where we got like trials qualifiers and so forth.
