Looks good! where's the Salmon Ladder though?? If you haven't gotten it down yet I think you really need to go out there, put some mattresses down or whatever, and just go for it! Swing your legs high and get a big kip, it doesn't take that much strength, you really have to just not be afraid of it! I thnk having that will make or break your video!

I fell flat on my back on the dirt when I was first practicing it, and it wasn't that bad. The one thing I'd watch out for is twisting your ankle after slipping off.

Unfortunately, I can't work on it anymore. Some friends of mine sold their house, which is where the Salmon Ladder was at, to their brother. Originally they said it would be fine where it is, but now the brother is demanding that I take it down, and I am not allowed to even be at the house unless I both am there to take it down, and give them lots and lots of head notice.

It really, really sucks.

However, I have been speaking with Ruselis Perry, and he wants it! Which is good, because it will allow me to continue training on it... provided we get it back up before the ANW date hasn't expired.

But by far, I really am hoping to beat it soon, and get some footage of it. I can currently focus on my left hand or right, and get them up, just not both at the same time. That means I'm close!

I liked it too Music wise I liked the first one but found the second one to be a jarring transition. Again.. just me.. but that's about the only criticism Good luck man! I'm rooting for ya!

Yeah, the music was definitely a lot better at first... but it was the Foo Fighters. Not so sure they'd let me just use their music

Anyway, it's gotta go out anyway for my official entry video, so it's good for me not to get too attached to it.

And David... sorry But I figure that little true comment will greatly improve my chances.

Needs more trampolines and first stage-related stuff IMO, or just general agility.

Awesome stuff so far! I would recommend upping the pace of the editing once you've finished the voice over work.

I loved the first part Maybe it's just me but it really speaks of your personality. Especially the opening. The first scene alone looked like a movie

I've worked on quite a bit since then, basically worked on old footage to make it better, changed the music to fit the copyright issue (Thanks Arsenette! Although I loved the Foo Fighters Acoustic at the beginning much much more... ), and added a bit more of my freerunning/endurance. You know, just to show I'm not all strength.

I might post it soon, depending on how much I know I'll be changing later. I don't want G4 saying "Not gonna take you since you put your video on YouTube first..."

Loads have done that for every competition, I'm not sure G4 really care. It's not as if they want the videos themselves to show on TV.

That's not the video he's doing. It's a mock up. So long as it's not THE video he should be fine. Even Brett Simms did that (the unedited version) before ANC4.

This is just a test one oti. Besides that he couldn't submit it to G4 anyways because he'd be rejected from copyrights of music

Something I wanted to point out about the test, the second spider climb, the normal distance one, you should probably do it a bit faster if you're trying to impress G4

Just read the rules, it gives the rights of your video to G4 but doesn't say not to post it anywhere else. They could request you remove it but they wouldn't DQ you.

In fact, that's only one of four obstacles I've done better, re-recorded just to improve visually.

What I really want to know though, is do you guys think I have a shot at this? I mean, consider my video now, then consider it again after you see how much I've improved on those obstacles, and tell me honestly... do you think I have a chance at this?

Hard to tell with G4 honestly. It seems they seem all over the place with their picks. If they have a lot they might pick someone "flashier" but then again they picked David who (I love you David) is pretty dry in terms of personality. He let the physical work in the video do the talking So in that case I think you have a shot. From my own predictions they might pick a bunch of different people to give it more flavor. From one end of the spectrum to another. For example you are probably polar opposite of Ryoga So who knows. I know I have you as a sentimental favorite but that's just me
