There's too much No.15 been All cut in those years. I wish this year we have a No.15 which been fully shown on TV. Well, make an unpredictable dream, No.15 is Matsuda Konoka, representive of THE TIME (a tbs news show in morning, and this Matsuda is an idol from the same group as Higashimura Mei).

To back this up, here is the editing of every #15:
1 - Digest 2 - Digest 3 - Digest 4 - All Cut 5 - Digest 6 - Full Run 7 - All Cut 8 - All Cut 9 - Full Run 10 - Digest 11 - Full Run 12 - All Cut 13 - All Cut 14 - Full Run 15 - All Cut 16 - Full Run 17 - Digest 18 - Full Run 19 - All Cut 20 - Full Run 21 - Digest 22 - Full Run 23 - Digest 24 - Digest 25 - All Cut 26 - Full Run 27 - Digest 28 - All Cut 29 - All Cut 30 - All Cut 31 - Full Run 32 - All Cut 33 - All Cut 34 - All Cut 35 - All Cut 36 - All Cut 37 - All Cut 38 - All Cut 39 - All Cut 40 - All Cut
So in the Golden Era and Shin, they actually showed #15 a decent amount, but from RISING onward except 31, well, yeah...

What I'm interested in is whether this is abnormal for #15 in particular or if it's just a case of the fact that it's a low number, so more often than not occupied by a joke competitor or rando etc. who will likely fail early and not be of enough significance generally to show in full.
I would imagine that in the vast majority of cases, the 10s through 30s probably get cut a brick load mainly because the first few runs are shown in full to set the scene, and more often than not the first clear tends to be in the 30s or 40s. Obviously they need to leave time for the latter half of Stage 1 where a lot of the stronger competitors are placed, which leaves this gap where they have a load of early fails but don't have the time to show them in full.
Though I am surprised 15 has been almost always cut in recent tournaments given that they've been spreading out the stronger competitors, and we've had clears in the 10s and 20s during those tournaments as well with mass digests in between rather than a load of all cuts.
But yeah, I remember someone may have made a post with the statistics for All-Cuts. If anyone can link it to me if it exists, would be helpful.

Regarding 27, that must be through the original airing in Japan (my guess), but in some cases, even G4 would air runs that aren't usually shown in the original broadcast. The (poorly-edited) 27 did show its number 15, Kongu, in full (and his run even was named the Warrior Wipeout in that episode).
Can't recall all instances but that's what I remembered off the top of my head.
