I will again do similar as I did in the predictions post, where I will ask questions about many returning competitors and how do you think they will do. Once again, feel free to add your opinion if you want apart from these answers.
Considering Kane isnt that old and because of his job is still in shape, I think out of all other older returning competitors he is the only one who has more than very low chance to reach Second Stage (correct me if you think someone else is more likely). Do you think he can pull it off, or maybe even reach Third Stage?
Do other veterans who competed in m9 era (All Stars, Hashimoto, Iketani, etc) stand a chance against stage 1? Most of them probably wont beat Dragon Glider, but do you think if any of them will fail even earlier? (You can mention Omori but we all know how he will do lol)
Lastly, Jessie Graff is back, the only female competitor to reach Third Stage. It is highly likely she will have same result as last 2 competitions, do you guys agree aswell?

I think Nagano has a good chance as well on beating First Stage considering his pace he was having in the 38th, good enough for a pass. The only worries would be Dragon Glider and Warped Wall. He already said somewhere that if he's ever made it to Dragon again he's very confident that he can beat it. Maybe he'll end up timing out at Wall-lifting? Idk. Akiyama would probably fail Fishbone or Dragon considering his past records. If he got past them he'll struggle with the Warped Wall, his other demon. Shingo is Shingo, just roll the dice on him, maybe this time he clears For Yamada, I think he'll do the same as 38th as well, getting into the Dragon Glider with a very very slow pace, maybe timing out on it. I'm not familiar with Jessie but if she had the same form as her last appearance she could easily make it to the third stage again I think. Omorigod will be the one attempting final stage, or he'll fall on fishbone.

Lot to get through so will go through each of them quickly.
Kane: Could narrowly beat Stage 1, but more likely a Dragon Glider fail as he's never been seen training for Sasuke specifically and that's where the majority of athletes end up failing. He is the most likely to clear out of all of the old faces though, as he's still in insane shape for his age and is a martial arts athlete by profession.
Hashimoto: At best Dragon Glider, he's had scoliosis for 9 years and hasn't been training
Iketani: Rolling Hill or Fish Bone, I saw his Sasuke 37 Paravi run and he took 60 seconds to clear the first two obstacles and even then came close to failing the Rolling Hill, and he actually did fail it in 33. Not particularly high hopes, he's also like 49 now.
Omori: Rolling Hill or Fish Bone, for obvious reasons
Jessie Graff: no idea on this one, she had some pretty rough injuries over the last two years, but if she's in top shape she could clear Stage 1, maybe even 2.
Stefanie Edelmann: again no idea, she failed the Wing Slider in 36, but since then has kicked absolute butt by making Stage 3 on NWG and done really well on loads of spin-offs. She could easily clear, could easily pull a Jamie Rahn due to inexperience with the course.
Shingo: Dragon Glider, but he's so inconsistent he could reasonably fail anywhere.
Yamada: Time-out before the Dragon Glider
Akiyama: Rolling Hill or Fish Bone; he failed the Rolling Hill in a fun run in 32 and his eye sight is f***ed. He still looks pretty buff in the trailer though so giving him the benefit of the doubt and saying he COULD reach Fish Bone.
Nagano: Dragon Glider, at the very best Warped Wall timeout. He's 50 now and had troubles with the wall even ten years ago.

Not particularly high hopes, he's also like 49 now. Rewatching his run in Paravi... was that a Shingo 39 moment? I genuinely think that his toe may have just ever so slightly dipped in under the mat and they just didn't notice it.

I can’t remember, I’ll rewatch it again later, but it was definitely very close lol. I knew he sucked as of late but seeing his full 37 run made it even worse.

Hashimoto - I'll say a low Dragon Glider to a high Wall Lift. He hasn't been training and has been out of commission for 9 years.
Iketani - Low Quad Steps to a high Dragon Glider. If he really spent that long just to beat the Rolling Hill then he's really fallen hard. He's definitely out of the running for a Stage 1 clear and it's been 11 years since his last one which was on a nerfed course anyway.
Omori - Low Rolling Hill to a high Dragon Glider. He fell behind even in the Akiyama era and while he's still a bit spry for his age, he's not much of an upper body guy.
Jessie - Low Dragon Glider to a high Swing Edge. Considering she failed it's ANW counterpart the Falling Shelves in ANW 12 I don't see her doing much better here.
Stefanie - Low Fish Bone to a high Warped Wall. She seems pretty gnarly, but women have generally been super slow during their runs so I worry this might also apply to her.
Kane - Low Dragon Glider to a high Cliffhanger Dimension. I saw his training video and I'm honestly impressed given he's been out of the SASUKE scene for over 20 years and is almost 50. Honestly, I'm looking forward to his run the most.
Shingo - Low Rolling Hill to a high Backstream. I mean he can clear Stage 1, but he's had such horrible luck with it lately and it's been 10 tournaments since he last made Stage 2. Also he's almost 50.
Yamada - Low Quad Steps to a high Dragon Glider. Needs no explanation.
Akiyama - Low Quad Steps to a high Warped Wall. I'm slightly more optimistic towards him, but as we know he's also nearing 50 and he had trouble with the Warped Wall in his 30s, I don't think he really stands a chance against it with the Tackle.
Nagano - Low Dragon Glider to a high Reverse Conveyor. Again 50, I mean yes if he really pushes it I can see a Stage 1 clear given he came dead close in 32, but honestly if he beats the Dragon Glider I'll be satisfied. He's already done 5 finals in his career, and he's not really competitive anymore.

Hasshi - Low: Dragon Glider, High: Conveyor belt. He's been retired for 9 years and only trained weeks, maybe months prior to this tournament. Iketani - Low: Silk Slider, High: Dragon Glider. I don't see him clearing the 1st Stage anymore. I'd be damned if he actually clears Omori - Low: Rolling Hill, High: Fish Bone. No chance of getting to the 5th obstacle Steffi - Low: Fish Bone, High: 2nd Warped Wall timeout Jessie - Low: Fish Bone, High: Cliffhanger Dimension. She could make it to the 3rd stage if she doesn't have any current injuries Kane - Low: Dragon Glider, High: Kudari Salmon. Saw his video and he trains for the dragon glider and the salmon ladder, so I think he'll fail along those lines, maybe earlier Shingo - Low: Silk Slider, High: Warped Wall timeout. Let's see where he'll fail this time. Yamada - Low: Rolling Hill, High: Dragon Glider. Just give him unlimited time at stage 1, maybe he'll clear it Akiyama - Low: Silk Slider, High: Dragon Glider. His vision is really an issue, he might be near blind as of now. I wonder how can he get past the fish bone though Nagano - Low: Fish Bone, High: Backstream. He barely got past the fish bone in 38, but if he clears it, he'll be the oldest to clear stage 1, that is if father time is on his side
