I hear a lot of people saying that the reverse fly from 16 didnt take out anybody but it did. Look at the g4 broadcast at the end of the first stage

Idk, who said that. But it did only take out one person:
Yuji Maruyama (37) who was a former Wrestler.
That's the only person that we know of that failed there.

Honestly, great concept but carried out poorly.

Me either, though Yamada had kind of a rough landing himself when he nearly collided face-first with the gate that was there. But he was okay, he didn't really get hit.

I'm pretty sure someone else landed on their back, maybe Shingo? That's impossible. Shingo failed the Jump Hang, an obstacle before the Reverse Fly, in 16. |

If only he could've gone farther that day. Even Yamada went farther than him!
The Reverse Fly did look interesting, but it wasn't interesting enough to the design team and producers, apparently.

well, it didn't take out Takeda but it was a big hit with no doubt...they gave him the warrior wipeout even if he completed the stage LOL
