A quick training tip, don't use wood. It hurts...a lot.

Whats worse than wood is rough wood, I tried doing the cliffhanger (gapless though so it was more of a wall-less skywalk) in this one playground in my city and my fingers hurt and I had a splinter in my hand, but its still good for training though so what should I do?
And I've done one on Concrete too (that one was definitly more of a Skywalk if you had to do the Warped Wall to get to it) and that didn't hurt as much as the wood.
And if metal is hurting you you're either new to training or theres something wrong with the metal.
