If I run my cursor over the screen some stupid gibberish shows up.. I'd rather watch it through the player. Besides.. I stop and start it between commercials anyway to cut up the segments.. Homey don't play with cutting up a 4 hour broadcast post production when I can do it while it airs

The Livestation player itself won't work with 98, but the channel preview (see: www.livestation.com/account/streams/300594-tbs_japan) might. And Keyhole doesn't work with 98 either? What you can probably do is watch the stream directly. Just paste the stream location (for TBS: mms://stream.gundam.eu/tbs) into your browser and view it through a media program, preferrably VLC player, which you can also record it from. Livestation and Keyhole don't work on my OS, I don't even know where the preview is, and when I tried streaming that I got only the sound. The preview is directly in that link in my post. If you don't see it then it's the same problem with the stream. I don't know what you can do, really. If anyone in your family has a better computer try and borrow that for the morning of the 17th. I know the pain of being stuck with Win98, I was using it until last year. Granted, now I have Vista and it's probably worse, but at least my CPU is fast... If all fails, Sasuke 21 will be up elsewhere ASAP.

For PowerPC Mac users (i.e. older Macs). Livestation has just released a PPC Mac OSX version of it's software and is offering a TBS (Japan) stream. This was previously only available for Intel Macs (newer). I tried it and it works. www.livestation.com/

Is there some way for 98SE to Emulate a Mac (I've seen people with XP/Vista emulating 98SE so that could be possible) and if yes is that an old enough one that it can use it?

I've never heard of PCs emulating Macs, but Macs can run Windows (on Intel machines)/emulate PCs.

Well, there are some really buggy ones made about ten years ago, if you want to try, but none that really work. Short answer: Yeah.

XP and Vista are reverse compatible, it's impossible for 98 to be forward compatible and now that Vista is out, 98 is officially unsupported. I was streaming the old TVU stream to you so IDK if you'll be able to watch now that it's now. I'm trying to convert the LiveStation stream but I've only been able to convert the audio successfully, atleast for Mac users.

Well Audio is all I can get too. And wasn't TBS brought back to TVU?

Kinda, I'm streaming the livestation feed to TVU. But TVU doesn't convert the feed so it's the same feed but TVU delays it 50 sec for their own buffer.
