A few sports I was interested in were Parkour (Speedrun, Freestyle), Sport Climbing (Boulder, Speed, Lead), and Drone Racing.
The Olympics had Sport Climbing, but all three disciplines were part of the single Combined event.

Miho Nonaka, who won Silver in Tokyo, won Gold in Women's Bouldering, Japan's only Sport Climbing Gold medal at these games.
