I have no reason to believe that most major indoor stadiums aren't at least 7 stories tall. Stage 4 shouldn't be a problem and if it is, crib from Viking and make part of it horizontal. 
Another fun fact, the NCAA has certain criteria for the location of the Final Four that would probably work quite well for the purposes of holding a Sasuke-type program. If you were interested, you could probably google it up.
