I'm guessing here but since it's a 5 hour long broadcast, I'd guess Stage 1 will be 2.5 or 3 hours, Stage 2 an hour, and Stages 3 and potentially 4 an hour or 1.5 hours. Based on that I'd say #50 will be running around 10:15am UK on the safe side, probably 10:30am though.

Exactly when each competitor is shown is highly dependent upon how the broadcast is edited, which we obviously won't know about until it airs. That being said, I would tune in sooner than later if you want to make sure you don't miss any specific runs.

I would watch from the start if you can; the competitor list this year is stacked and we've got a fair few strong competitors running in the first half of the field like Saikawa and Kajihara as well as some other promising athletic celebrities
