Which obstacles that are no longer in use, i.e, obstacles that were removed due to renewals, removed for new obstacles, or simply taken out due to not being liked, would cause the most damage in modern Sasuke.

Floating Boards, sending climber, 5 bar flying bar, swap salmon ladder and Flying Chute.

Most of my choices for Stage 1 boil down to Shin-Sasuke. The Jumping Spider, Half-Pipe Attack, Flying Chute, Slider Jump, and Rolling Escargot all caused huge damage to both veterans and All-Stars and still make up what I consider to be the hardest Stage 1 we’ve ever had (Sasuke 19 In particular standing out). Anything earlier than that is still either used today (like the Warped Wall) or wouldn’t really be a huge issue for today’s cohort imo.
For Stage 2 the only obstacle I can think of is the Metal Spin, which especially stands out as it was in the last half of the stage and today’s back half is unfailable. I also think the Double Salmon Ladder would be a lot more difficult than the Nobori/Kudari version, especially transitioning with the bar from ladder to ladder after the Rolling Log.
For Stage 3 most of my choices boil down to the obstacles in Sasuke 25. All would be sufficiently hard even today like the Floating Boards and Roulette Cylinder. Aside from that there’s also the Body Prop which seemed to take competitors out sporadically no matter how experienced they were, and it’s also harder than the Planet Bridge as in the case of the latter you can basically put your hands on top of the spheres. I’ve practiced the obstacle and believe me that nuance makes it so much easier as you’re not actually squeezing yourself between two walls which requires insane core strength

Body Prop however was still deadly, as even in the last tournament appearance, it eliminated all-stars Bunpei and Shingo, with the former clearing it last tournament too.

Also I should mention the Ultimate, Crazy, and Ultra Crazy Cliffhanger too.
The latter two obstacles took out like 80-90% of the competitors who attempted them yet Inui still felt that the stage wasn’t Cliffhanger-centric enough.....
Even now I reckon the the ‘normal’ Crazy would take out more than half of the competitors who attempt it, but oh no we need to have two moving ledges!!!!
I’d actually like to see the Ultimate return in one shape or form, purely because it was about pure endurance that can be nurtured over time, not a do or die/largely luck based transition that 90% of competitors fail anyway.

Spider Flip. Not only was it much more difficult than it looked (and quite possibly the only truly difficult obstacle in Shin-SASUKE's Third Stage), but also arguably quite dangerous (Okuyama's fail in 23 being the biggest example). No way it would pass modern H&S.
