It is good to have it back. Plenty of changes, taller warped wall, new stage 4, choice of paths in the heats and power tower reward of going straight from heats to grand final skipping the semi-finals. The heats seem harder and more upper body focused.
I thought the first episode lacked a bit of depth but the other two so far have been good. Nick Kyrios added nothing to the show but unfortunately will be back for the semi-finals.

Holy s***. If you look closely, AUNW seems to have a Vertical Limit in Stage Three

The have certainly made things harder this year, the semi final course is very very tough. Still the elite rise to the top. Really looking forward to the remaining two semis and the grand final.

Stage 1 feels like a mix of Stage 1 and 2. Stage 2 feels like a timed Stage 3. I was pleasantly surprised that Stage 3 has an actual Vertical Limit.
The 2 clips they have on their channel skip the last half of Stage 2, as well as the last half of Stage 3.

It's funny how the height they started with and the metric conversion allowed them the best chance at taking the world record.
They started at 4.8m, going up by 0.5m, 0.25m, and 0.25m to land at 5.8m. The ANW record is 19ft or 5.7912m. They only had to break the record by less than a centimeter or less than half an inch. ANW would have to go up to 19.5ft which is almost 6in over Australia.
