I had heard from somebody in the board that in tournament 40, not only Makoto but his son Kaioh Nagano would compete. And idk about Makoto but would Kaioh's run be a one time run or will he consider making his mark on future tournaments?

How old is Kaiou? It would be cool to see him run though, then again I could see him nervous of the idea of living up to his father's legacy.

I think he is approaching the appropriate age. Also, Makoto went out in the first stage of his debut so i don't think Kaioh has to worry about legacy.

He's pretty young to compete. I think he's 10 years old, so he'd be about 12 for Sasuke 40. He'll be quite the force like his dad one day though I reckon.

In that case, the TIE Fighter would've been difficult for him had it not been replaced by the Silk Slider in 38 which hopefully will remain by the time he does think it's time to compete.

They've let 9 year olds compete for KUNOICHI if that counts. Though I don't see Kaioh clearing straight off the bat if he runs SASUKE 40. Teenagers don't seem to have much luck on the course given that they are still growing. Though I can see Kaiou potentially getting to the Dragon Glider if he trains hard enough.

I remember in a past tournament a 12 to 14 year old kid named Kota Honma who cleared stage 1 so it's not impossible nor improbable for Kaioh.

Honma cleared at the age of 16 on his 4th try though. He started at 13, but didn't clear until 16.

Yeah, they did had a nine-year old attempting KUNOICHI. I can assure you it won't happen anymore, whether in KUNOICHI *IF we ever had a new tournament* or in SASUKE. They got this strict policy of not allowing competitors who are not in Middle School to attempt the course now. Nagano Kaioh is no exception, even if he was the son of a SASUKE Legend. Hence why this spring Nagano's intention of a one-time appearance in SASUKE 40 *which got fast-forwarded due to Coronavirus thing, but he still considering this appearance*, which is that he want to compete together with his son.
