Competitors now can build a copy of lots of obstacles (like the Orogoru, Fishbone in Matsuda's yard, the Dragon Glider in Takeda's, the Wall Lifting in Yusuke's) or even a whole stage (like the one in Yamada's)
However, I am wonder if there are some kinds of obstacle that's challenging to be built at home, for example the Flying Chute becuase of the velocity and the dangerous of this obstacle, I think no one want to risk at that.
How about you?

Great question. I'm honestly struggling. Though define 'replicate': some obstacles are definitely much harder to mimic exactly as intended than simple rehashes.
The movements for pretty much every obstacle can be mimicked, and tbh even the motorized obstacles which I would've posed as the hardest candidates have been produced exactly in some cases like the Fish Bone as you mentioned, and correct me if I'm wrong but I think Yusuke built a Cliffhanger Dimension lol. I have seen some competitors just do a trampoline to Jumping Bars kind of move to replicate the Dragon Glider, because obvs it requires a lot of space that some people don't have.
Ones that might pose a challenge would be: - Flying Chute as you mentioned, just because you'd need to create a large structure given that you slide from the top, grab the rope, and then pass through a net leading to a path directly underneath the slide. That would defo require a large amount of time and money, and could very likely be hazardous if anything were to go wrong. - Wing Slider: the only reason I say this is because most competitors just seemed to mimick this by holding a Spider Walk position then jumping and clapping, then going back to that hold. Clearly it wasn't feasible enough to actually be built as a replica. - Reverse Conveyer: I suppose you could just go on a treadmill in a gym and replicate the movement, but that would probably look a bit embarrassing and stupid to other people at the gym. Also I don't think most treadmills respond well if you're soaking wet/have just come out of a swimming pool, so that's food for thought.....
A lot of the ANW obstacles are also very hard to replicate, a main reason being that NBC's budget is effectively a bottomless pit that facilitates the producers to get really creative on super complex obstacles that are surely far too expensive for a lot of the competitors to replicate. Examples being the Grim Sweeper, Corkscrew, Water Walls, etc.

I feel like making a working Music Box would be a bit of a hassle haha. Anything motorized is tough to make tbh.

Just a thought. Imagine how much time and money Matsuda spent on making a replica Fish Bone after Sasuke 33, and he failed it again in Sasuke 34. That must've HURT.
