Really, I can't find any pics or vids.

But I seriously want to know the answer rider... if you can find any picture or video of it you should be able to count the amount of globes. I just didn't want to waste space in any other section because I thought it would be too easy to answer.

Well lucky for you when I got that I was trying to get a pic of the obstacle itself. See? The answer is 12

Why does this matter? Building a replica?

Well, don't use those Christmas edition Coke bottles.
They don't work.

Are you saying this from personal experience?
Anyway, I was just going to use some baseballs, cheap and easy way to do it.
They'r eabout the right size aswell. Then I'll screw them into my deck and leave a tiny space for fingers.
So somehow I need a high quality pic of the globe grasp.

Yep. I got a video of myself trying it. They popped right out of the wood they were attached to.
Just screws probably won't hold your weight. Even if it did, it'll probably be uncomfortable on your fingers.
If I were threatened by the globe grasp in any way, I'd make a replica and share my designs with you.

Hm, you sure? I was skeptical myself which is why I was going to try only doing 3 before I set up the rest.
Though, mine are like 6 inch nails drilled into my deck, so would it hold me more if it's deeper into the wood?
I don't know.
I'm not that heavy either. I'll at least try it anyway just to see if it work.
About the uncomfortable on my fingers thing, I'll just wrap something around the excess screw, like tape and cotton or something, I don't know.
It being uncomfortable doesn't really bother me much, my hands already have so many blisters and cuts anyway.

How do you drill nails?
Anyway, yeah, it should be better the farther it goes into the wood.
