14 - Time out on Stage 2 15 - Time out on wall due to heat 16 - Assuming he was quicker on S1, Fail Metal Spin or time out on Stage 2 17 - Fail Rope Climb because he'd likely have had to take multiple attempts on the wall before clearing anyway 18 - Assuming he was quicker in Stage 1, fail Salmon Ladder in Stage 2 19-22 - Warped Wall timeup; he failed there in 21 but he was injured so no potential for him to have gone further 23 - If he made it up the wall in one go, still probably would've failed the Slider Jump given that he failed there regardless 24 - Genuinely think he could've made Stage 2 if he hadn't choked on the wall; not sure how he would've done. Maybe Metal Spin fail? 26 - Wall 27 - Rope Ladder 28 - Second Wall 30 - Lumberjack Climb as there’s no way he would’ve been fast enough to clear 33 - Fish Bone

Assuming if he does make it to Stage Three from Sasuke 14 to 17, I think he might fail the Jumping Bars or the Devil Swing

Don’t think he’d make it that far. I think you’re basing his potential performance off how he did in Sasuke 6 and 10 without remembering how much he declined since then.
I honestly reckon that if he were to make Stage 3, he’d fail the Curtain Cling as it really seems like an obstacle that would work against him due to his weight, and I don’t think he would’ve practiced it.

Paul Anthony Terek shows it is possible regardless of weight.

Maybe, but I still think there's a good chance he'd choke there or the Cliffhanger, even if he did pass it beforehand.
The reason why I'm quite pessimistic is that if Yamada regressed so heavily on Stage 1 in compared to pre-retirement, validated especially by the fact that the Jump Hang and Warped Walls he failed were the exact same iterations as the ones he passed easily beforehand, then no doubt he'll have a harder time with Stage 2 and Stage 3. Stamina, speed, as well as strength, decline hand in hand when it comes to the effect of aging on the body as we've seen from other competitors. So I think there's a good chance he would've struggled much more on Stage 3 than previously.
Sure you might argue that it was only a difference of 3-4 years compared to his last Stage 3 attempt, but clearly that made a huge difference on his performance....
